Tinubu has done a lot for Southern Kaduna. University, FMC, Chief of Defence Staff... These are people who had been abandoned for a very long time and the only thing they benefited was insecurity and marginalization. I am not an APC supporter or a Tinubu fan, but he did well. God bless Nigeria. |
saphiere:Stop making it a gender issue abeg. We all know most female police officers in Nigeria aren't always on road duty, neither do they usually bear arms, they stay at the police station and the ratio of male to female officers in Nigeria is probably 20 to 1. Women that are always emotional, na una for kee people pass. 😏 A female US police officer literally went into someone's house and shot him dead, claiming she thought it was her apartment. https://www.npr.org/2019/10/02/766454839/amber-guyger-ex-officer-who-killed-man-in-his-apartment-given-10-years-in-prison Many cases like that, use google please. |
SultanOfPuna:Get an accommodation close to your parents' house if possible, that way you can check on them from time to time and still have your own privacy. You can move out of the house, but make necessary arrangements for their security and well-being, that's the most important. Once you're not too far from them and you check on them at least once or twice a week, they'll get used to it and it would be a win-win for everyone. |
Truejihadistont:"We" ke? speak for yourself o... I learned my lessons early in life and I'm grateful to God for character development. |
dynicks:No mind am, him dey try change story... He totally looks like the type to sleep with underage girls. If them check am well, the story no be lie. |
Fujiyama:Hmm... you took a deeper look at the issue and I really laud your perspective. He's indeed likely to be an NDDC scholarship awardee, obviously a product of nepositic selection, cos he seems to lack the intellectual capacity to merit any foreign scholarship if it were by academic performance. He even said he was introduced into the drug business by a "Bayelsa man" so that really corroborates it. He truly wasn't prepared for what came his way. He just wasted a golden slot and wasted his own golden opportunity. |
emeIs:That's not an issue of village people. It's merely §tupidity and greed. Village people effect is when someone is doing the right thing and ends up badly... There's a big difference. Tell me why someone on scholarship, being paid to study, would decide to move with drug dealers, use drugs and even end up working as a drug mule in Europe? Which highness him dey find? Which money him dey find? Some opportunities only come once in a lifetime, if you miss it, you've missed it for life. |
Aduke00001:So you dated a 30+ guy while you were 18, cos you called the person your ex... Hmm 🤔 |
Hmm, most of these "billionaire onye ji cash" spending money lavishly are into human rituals and occultism... Just that most of them haven't been caught. |
Burna head don catch am. ![]() |
If the government can stop foreign scholarships, I see no reason why this waste of money should continue. No serious country sponsors religion at the expense of tax payers! It's irresponsible! The FG and states need to scrap their pilgrimage boards and focus on what matters the most; the well-being of Nigerians. If you want to go to Jerusalem or Mecca that's your own business, not the government's. |
Seyino:You're definitely a skilled worker since you are sure you have received a positive evaluation for your HND. If it is FULLY recognized, you don't need that. Regardless, you may confirm from the embassy by writing them, I don't know it all ![]() |
Nice one... |
Seyino:Yes I am not talking about recognition by a professional body, just the evaluation that you did for the HND through ZAB. I just want to know if it was accepted as a vocational training, that's all. Also, to answer your question, you don't need professional recognition for your field. The ZAB is enough. |
They need to enforce 18 years old as the legal age in Northern Nigeria, just like it is in Southern Nigeria. Are we using 2 different laws? And why is the man even bold enough to sue the commissioner? Shouldn't he be in prison for child abuse or something? Religion has destroyed a lot of things in Northern Nigeria... It's just too bad! 😥 |
Nice one by Amotekun... They're already proving to be more useful than the police whose only reason for establishing road blocks is for bribes. |
If na South, blood for don flow... I trust Police for that, they don't respect southerners at all. Anyways, say no to violence. |
Seyino:A friend of mine also plans on doing the same thing. Have you gotten the evaluation result yet? If so, is it equal to a vocational training? Thanks. |
Elyonboy:At what age did you start dating her? Was she already 18? If she was less than 18, that's against the law. Most people would automatically assume you're taking advantage of her and that's the hardest part about dating a girl so young. But since you are both adults, I guess it's legal so whatever works for you guys. The most important thing is for her parents to be aware and support your relationship. At least Regina Daniels married Ned Nwoko, the sky didn't fall and you're better than Northerners who marry underage children of 13, 14, 15 years old in the name of religion. |
There's a group of extremists who are determined to crush Christianity in the North and middle belt, particularly Benue, Kogi, Kaduna and gradually moving to the South West. I hope Christians take proper precautions because these people mean business and the security agencies have failed woefully in curtailing them. Boko Haram and ISWAP are everywhere in Nigeria now, don't let anyone deceive you. Protect yourselves, by any means. |
A lot of racist Americans are trying to change the narrative by claiming the guy overdosed on fentanyl, even when the whole world saw how life was snuffed out of him when the officer placed his knee on his throat and he begged for his life, with his last word being "mama"... America is the most racist country in the world. Their hate for black people is unexplainable. You used them as slaves, you still oppress them for merely existing! |
nairavision:Having a dreadlock and beards is a rough look? Then the next thing is for the police to stop him and start stylishly asking for bribes right? We have obviously normalized a lot of abnormal things in Nigeria. |
ayoncox:Professor of womanology 😀😀 |
AsgardKing:Interesting 🤔 |
Wow, almost $3B for Onne port, Rivers state... But a lot of my Igbo friends on social media believe the FG isn't spending on ports close to the east because of marginalization... Adequate information is very crucial in this life sha. |
Chopbeleful100:Yes, I am aware, but the whole law also covers landlords charging annually, it's being changed to monthly charges. Kindly do your research. As we're talking about landlords, let's remember some tenants are also irresponsible. Some won't pay after 3 months. |
ValCon888:They didn't think of that before making the law obviously. One yeye tenant will now pay for 3 months and start fighting the landlord cos he can't pay for subsequent months... A lot of landlords will just convert their houses to lease instead of rent or they kuku do short let and charge exorbitant fees. Government wey no wise. |
Good. 10% commission/agreement! Once this is properly enforced, cost of house rent would significantly reduce, unlike when agents would charge 20-30% agreement and commission, making the rent high. This is a more feasible solution than asking landlords to charge monthly in my own opinion cos some troublesome tenants would take advantage of it and refuse to pay rent after a few months. |
They can stop foreign scholarships for students but they can't stop foreign religious pilgrimage 🤡 Every year we lose billions of naira sending people to Saudi Arabia in the name of hajj as well as those going to Jerusalem, something that shouldn't even concern the government at all. A normal country will always prioritize education and human capacity development over religion. |
One thing I like about that trend is that it shows us that the current generation of women isn't hotter than the previous one, they just dress more provocatively. Most of these mothers have bigger backsides, curves, etc, but they dressed modestly as young ladies, but nowadays, you see young girls with their tiny bumbum trying so hard to dress indecently so as to appear sexually attractive. The way you dress means a whole lot and I hope young ladies can really emulate our mothers. |
