I believe some people's lack of exposure makes them think anywhere outside Nigeria is better than Nigeria, although I don't blame them cos a lot of Nigerians are frustrated... But bro, there are millions of other Africans making it in Nigeria. From Nigeriens to Cameroonians to Beninese, a lot of these people rely on Nigeria for their daily bread.

And the overall picture doesnt look good. Buhari paid oil and forex subsidies. Nigerians reaped the benefit, by buying cheap petrol and cheap dollars.

Tinubu is not paying subsidy, he is selling crude oil at a higher price than Buhari did and he is borrowing loans from IMF and World bank.
Nigerians are not feeling the impact of any of these measures.

We can only talk about the present regime from when they took over office, which is 2023, so the figure from 2023 is what I and other people are asking for, so we can establish who did what!

The above is very true. Politicians who contribute almost no value to society are the ones getting the lion share in terms of financial and social benefits, while the main professionals working to keep the country going are living on peanuts.

Nigerian teachers and lecturers earn some of the lowest salaries in the world. In fact, some cleaners in Nigeria earn more than some teachers.

There is no society that can thrive with such a system. Until the above injustice is addressed, nobody should blame any professional for leaving the country.

The most important one is that commission shouldn't be more than 10% and agreement fee should be declared illegal.

Once a client pays for rent and pays the agent's commission, the landlord should provide the agreement documents and let both parties sign.

The above statistic means that HIV rate in Nigeria is less than 1% and is no longer a Generalized HIV Epidemic (GHE), which is actually good news.

2 million out of a population of over 220m is less than 1% so that's a very low figure statistically, but we must work to eradicate or reduce HIV to the lowest possible...

I think this is rather hypocritical. Nigerians have copied more foreign culture than others have copied from us and we should be happy that our culture is now being emulated by others.
