Hi guru's in the house.. I need your help

Whenever I want to save something in my system, be it microsoft document or a movie I want to download with opera, mozilla or chrome, I always see 'not responding,' and then 'close or wait to respond' which will take forever till I close the page.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling , but still the problem is still there.

I use windows defender as antivirus and I still have alot of space in my local disk.

Please help a sister. .. what do I do apart from formatting the laptop?

Thanks

sister it has nothing to do with your system or the specifiction since it only occurs when you try to download stuff on the internet.

check your internet and try using a download accelerator.

Business / Re: Do You Help Strangers To Withdraw At The ATM? Read What Happened To A Corper by cyberheist: 1:42pm On Jul 30, 2015
come OP u think say we no get sense ba?

when the camera was reviewed, didnt they see the other person?

there are two types of cameras that can be used for ATM Surveillance.

1, the CCTV that monitors the area
2. the ATM embedded camera. (video and/or image)

the ATM video camera (embedded) should have also captured the guy calling out the pin for the guy.

the perimeter CCTv camera cannot be used to detect the person that did the transaction so i believe that they used the timestamp on the transaction slip and correlated it with the footages. (that is if the fraudulent transaction was immediately after his own). because without this there is no fvcking way the Bank would have gotten the corper's identity or his details.

this means that the ATM embedded camera was used. this should have definitely captured the fraudster's image or was he communicating the PIN to him from with a phone a remote location??

bros dnt mind that guy , i think if he was truely innocent the Bank would have gone through the footage to substantiate his claim of innocence.

i really believe that for them to establish that he is the criminal, due diligence would have been carried out.

so dnt mind the corper he either stole the card or is the criminal..
