Some are even prepared to go borrow elsewhere to clear their loans so that they can apply for a bigger loan. Can you imagine, taking me for a fool.
So my dear, it's not all about money. It's about trust and conviction. And in Nigeria trust is a rare breed.

- Please how much should I budget for student visa (NHS fee inclusive) in naira, this period?
- If I have the money in my account for a month and I use it to process visa, but part of it gets deducted after my visa application before getting the visa, will there be an issue?
- How long does it take to book for tuberculosis test in Nigeria this period? I booked just now, but I didn't get a mail that the registration went through.

this dependent visa application issue is driving me nuts. i have completed my partners visa application and paid for the IHS surcharge for four people. I want to do the child dependent visa and i t keeps taking me to the IHS website for payment again. How can i reference the previous payment i have made before. I do not want to pay double for something i already paid for. Does anyone have this same experience and what is the way out.

Do you know how many business plans and cash flow projections are dumped daily in the trash bins of bankers? You cannot get a loan from any bank in Nigeria for this type of business without a long term supply/transportation services agreement to supply products (or serious connections in that bank). It is that agreement that separates the small boys from the big boys. God help you in getting the transportation services agreement without meeting the requirements which include owning your trucks and other infrastructure.

Please it is not that easy to get a loan from a bank. If it was, you would have quit your job to go into haulage business full time.

Here's my situation. I have a family friend, a British woman who is in her late 60's who wants to send me an invitation for me to come and spend the holidays with her family. What are my chances of being granted visa?

I'm not a civil servant, I work with a small Tech firm and my salary is modest. I have not travelled out before. Infact I'm on my process of applying for my masters in the UK. I am unmarried. I fear that with these factors, I might be denied Visa. I would not want anything to dent my record especially since I'll be applying for MSc soon. What pieces of advice do you have for me please, and do I stand a chance of being granted visa?

Without oil receipts, Nigeria would not even be able to survive. There’s basically no tax revenue. First, there’s the low tax base, and the very few people captured in the tax net pay very low percentages.

Depends on if you intend to return to your home country and what you want to use the LLM for in the UK. You definitely cannot practice law with it in the UK so that might be the basis of the advice against a general LLM. However, there are A LOT of other graduate jobs that you are just as eligible as any other graduate for once you meet the basic requirements.
