Where are they going to get that kind of money? Enugu state government can start by subsidizing water that people buy from the truckers because as it is now, the price is out of reach of most.

Even the government house in Enugu procures its water from a stream outside the city. Looking for water in Enugu is like searching for a needle in a haystack.

Minister don't bother yourself or waste any public fund to rebuild that place. Peter Obi has enough loot stashed abroad to rebuild his supermarket. He can dip into his Pandora box and fix his mess.
