Celebrities / Re: Bisi Alimi Named As The Most Influential Gay Person In The World by CyrusLevi(m): 2:02am On Jul 02, 2014 |
Koolmexxi: Well OP, U do realise dey put him on dat list jus to make ur lyks in dis part of the world feel beta and important. Africa and some other parts of the world still hold dear to morals and won't hesitate to condemn any moral wrongdoing which negates not jus our culture and traditions but also our religion. Westerners are quick to condemn polygamy and some of us saw some sense in dat but now dey turn around propagate homosexuality like it's a norm. Imagine the irony of a gay couple adopting babies born by a straight couple. SMH...Forbes putting Dangote on the list of most powerful people in the world is to make us feel better and important. SMH. Must you always come up with irrelevant arguements, shouldn't you see the facts first. 17 Likes |

Later we'll complain that the educational system is failing us when we ourselves have failed education. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Why Censoring Social Media Will Be A Mistake By Atiku Abubakar by CyrusLevi(m): 1:56pm On Dec 08, 2013 |
It would be a national disaster to censor social media. A catastrophic misplacement of value. It will destroy the fire in the voice of the people not the voice itself as the people will still speak but with fear and trembling. Why should the government feel threatened by the social media. Is it because it exposes their dirty linens to the general public or because it promotes anger towards the government and those in power. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: Nigeria Govt Should Support Surrogate Mothers.a Woman Right To Choose--Musiwa by CyrusLevi(m): 1:44pm On Dec 08, 2013 |
Surrogacy began in the bible when Sarah offered her egyptian maid Hagar to Abraham to bear her a child. The nigerian goverment should make legislations that allows surrogacy. In as much as the consent of the surrogate mother isn't forced and her welfare and condition is met.Surrogacy should be allowed. The reason it is called baby factory over here is because young ladies are held hostage impregnated by the captor and the babies are sold to fruitless couples. This is not surrogacy,it is baby factory for manufacturing babies for sale. Real surrogacy involves the process of artificial transfer of donor sperm to the surrogate candidate or the introdution of embryo of donor couples to the surrogate candidte. Surrogacy is advisable and encouraging with right laws. |

Politics / Re: Forbes Africa Person Of The Year 2013, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina. by CyrusLevi(m): 4:48pm On Dec 03, 2013 |
This is quite intriguing.Giant strides in agriculture yet it has little reflection in the nation. Food availablity/price stability is insecure. I salute his courageous and tremendous moves in the sector he heads but yet one can't say we have it all. He's done half work. How did he knock out Dangote. He's still one of the valuable and promising cabinet members.i give him benefit of doubt. |

Politics / Re: Nigeria Sharia Police Smash 240,000 Bottles Of Beer In Kano State by CyrusLevi(m): 12:48pm On Nov 29, 2013 |
Madness in the name of religion. Chameleons in Lion's clothing. Seeing the strong message they're quoting,a religious war is inevitable if extreme measures like this continue. Moralist policing actions when they should push their message at cleaning the conscience of their adherents and cleanse the immorality from the purging of conscience and not some display of religious inappropriatism. Nigeria needs a round-table discussion on the Sharia Law. Finally, let those who believe and accept it face the consequences of a barbaric, archaic form of human degradation. |
Politics / Re: Fashola: Oduah’s Armoured Cars ‘ll Buy 51 Patrol Vehicles by CyrusLevi(m): 12:16pm On Nov 29, 2013 |
FreeGlobe:Remind yourself that this is Nigeria and not The USA. Many Nigerians don't know their rights as citizens of the federation let alone understand there role in accountablility of public and government figures. Noise makers like self-employed critics and activist can show face to reveal the truth behind any gloomy/shady event. Though the law is already entrenched and codified,an average Nigerian isn't of the status quo. |

Gay topics really making the rounds on the forum Ladies should really take note of this cover-up relationships,it seems to be the order of the day for same-sex loving people. How do you know they are into the same-gender? Advice:Love with your head and not your heart alone.stop falling for the looks, charms or prospects. Demand the availability of presence, time and love unconditionally. Try to know who their so called friends."he's Chidibere,my collegue from office,he's spending the night"-Ladies be sensitive,at night monitor them when they stay up at night. "I'm passing the night with anthony",-who's anthony, where does he live,be curious. Always going on business trips, try to find out what for, where he stays". Don't settle for less, rather remain single than marry or date in pity. 2 Likes |
