Go to "Settings", click on "Apps", scroll right to "Running Apps". You'll see all the background apps that are currently running in your phone. Click on the ones you don't need, then close them.

Note:

*Whenever you restart your phone, those apps may start running again. You can just follow the same process and turn them off

*You can do this in all android phones, not only Technos
