Get it into your head.there is no stand-alone court medical team in Nigeria. They are outsourced as need arises and sometimes are unavailable.

Also, without a cardiac defibrillator for instance, there is little a medical team can do in cardiac arrest.blame the government and not the medical team.

If they cannot help they have no choice but to reject.

For instance if a patient has lost so much blood and the blood bank cannot function because no electricity, hospital have no choice but to reject. Any attempt in trying to save the patient without availability of blood is wasted efforts.

Even in the US, hospitals are graded level 1 to level4 trauma centres.if you cannot handle a case,immediately refer to a higher centre,sometimes without even doing any resuscitation measures.

The health care system is bad primarily because of lack of basic government provisions like electricity. Don't blame the hospital or doctors but the government.
