If your location is off and geotagging is off, your pics won't have a location. So to be safe, put off your location.. The problem is most apps require location to be on before usage else they will function suboptimally even Gtbank app, instagram , Google plus, bbm

It's called geolocation and it's active on almost all smartphones. Combine that with the exif data on the pic and you can track anything.

It didn't need to be sent to London. Even me can do that.
