Go to kelina hospital in Abuja, they have procedures to remove the stones without surgery although the process is also a type of surgery but it doesn't require them to open u up. I think they get to the stones through your urinary tract.
I think the procedure is quite expensive but they will remove the stones and you go home that day or the second day.

I am not sure there is a lab in Nigeria that performs such screening,particularly wen analgin,banned for several years is involved.

Also the universities are not helping matters. Graduating from disciplines such as medicine, pharmacy and dentistry in Nigeria is like hell. Apart from the annual ASSU strike, you see these students spilling and splashing over and over again. This can discourage the young ones from studying such courses.
The government too should be partly held responsible. They have not provided the needed technology for our hospitals to run efficiently and the students are never properly taken care of. The president is currently in London receiving treatment. That tells it all i guess?
