i've used glo for 3 years running.the coverage in my area is superb and average network speed is 1MBPS,i am on a CUG plan, everything seemed good till glo started slashing their data charges.

even after buying the 2k plan, i hadn't been able to achieve 4GB when i was cut off. I always hear of data zapping ,now i've experienced it from Glo..

OP, you're paying for your ignorance
For every dutiable item above $300 shipped into the country either via ups,dhl,fedex or other courier service,there must be charge that is paid to the customs via the courier(in your case fedex) .That charge is usually a percentage of the worth of the item.
DHL especially overvalues items so you'll pay more than necessary.

so, the trick is to declare a lesser value to your item and eventually pay less.

if you don't undervalue your item,I am 2000% sure they will give you a heavy duty than normal.

it usually happens to me as well.and I can simulate it. when I start downloading with my IDM as well as with my browser,then I pause my browser's download, IDM surges up to 100MBps and then goes back within 3seconds to the normal 1.2MBps
