They are calling security patches updates. Go get updated bro. Transsion are not willing to give their users real android version updates. They'd rather build a new device with the current android os than update an old device.

You call a brand that design products that fail after a year+ good? Guy go to gsm technicians and ask questions. This country is not helping matters too. Person go enter China build anything wey he like and carry am enter naija begin dey sell. No tests no certification just scratch the right palms and you are on your way to making billions from illiterate poor masses. All these substandard products don't see the light of day in working countries. That a device is cheap doesn't mean it is supposed to fail after the warranty expires.

Lol. A lot of noob replies here. Firstly, transsion no dey waterproof their phones. Secondly, water damage doesn't immediately show. It might take weeks even months to show. One component wey no dey like water at all is the baseband chip. People are here talking about water test. Phones that are truly waterproof will remain so as long as the time and depth limit is not exceeded. Other might look like they survived initially but when you open the panel some months later come see where corrosion dey chop chips commot and all the moisture indicators are blood red. Don't go dipping your palasa inside water.

Baseband ic is about to go. Do not update or flash. Take it to a competent technician to fix it.

Some people will avoid this thread like the plague. Even display quality matters a lot. All panels aren't born equal. High end phones use better displays which offer greater color gamut and better contrast levels that's why samsung takes the lead in display tech.

S10e is the better device. Currently using one and the phone is a beast. The only edge the pixel has over it is the update to 13 which s10e won't get. S10e is the second best compact right now after zenfone 8.

You said it all. They are comparing their highest infinix with a xiaomi midranger. Funny enough the midranger is going toe to toe with theirs and they are counting it as a win. Lol. They failed woefully. If I were to be a transsion marketer, I would never compare my phones with reputable brands because it would be suicidal.

Just a budget phone, nothing more.

Transsion hardly does android version updates only security patches and launcher updates. Even when they do, it might be to a beta android version. My source? I am a gsm software technician. I've probably handled more Transsion phones than most here.

Button phones are actually good for calls. Go for original nokia feature phones. A bit costly but you won't regret it.

This is the reason I don't engage in any argument with them, 23nm Chip for 66k, I SMH, unisoc for that matter. That 66k will get me a fairly or london used phone of a better brand and decent spec.

Leave them abeg. People don't know it is better to buy fairly used with good specs than brand new scraps. The only time they will enjoy those scraps is during the unboxing. Turn it on and it's downhill from there, heck even the setup hangs. Trust me I setup many phones everyday.

It is supposed to last more than others because Apple are in control of both hardware and software parts of their phones unlike the rest.

Op your eyes no tell you say that that phone doesn't resemble the samsung s22 ultra? That listing has fake written all over it. Highest na 1gb ram and 8gb storage you go get. Stay away. Clones are the worst type of phones to buy.
