Fake Chinesium device

All those "chinesium" phones dey vex me. They are always filled with ads. To install app ads go show, swipe launcher anyhow you'll fall inside adhole, lock your screen one is right there waiting for you. So annoying. Phone wey you paid for oo. They'll still be making money on top your head. Another thing wey dey vex me be say them go plaster the specs for settings like it is an award, octa core this, 100mp that, looks childish IMO. Buy Samsung or any other top manufacturer like Google or Sony and have peace of mind.

How can you be comparing? Samsung is the undisputed king of android. Oppo wey be say na small thing dem take pass transsion. Buy current Samsung S or Note series and feel the difference between smartphones and palasa.

This is old concept in PC world you, I usually do this with Linux, it’s called Swap memory. And Apple make it a thing and does it automatically in the M1.

What others meant is that, the read/write of your mmc is the major factor for the success of the memory swap, the faster the better but your mmc is very slow, it doesn’t make sense to use the “fusion” thing, it will only make your phone lags further.

This was what I was trying to explain to the dunces in a similar thread. This will also increase the wear and tear on their already not-so-good chips making them die faster. Transsion are really convinced their customers are olodos for using an archaic technology as selling point whilst not implementing it well. It is emmc for crying out loud. UFS 3 and above would have been better.

This will increase the wear and tear on the storage shortening it's life cycle and I know transsion no dey too use high quality memory chips because it's the most common failure point on their phones.

I've been having Camera error on my infinix note 7. It also seems to have affected the flashlight as it's no longer highlighted and cannot be switched on or off. The error shown when I open the camera app is
“ Camera error, please re-enable it later or restart the phone to recover".
I've tried my possible best to fix this but to no positive outcome.
I've cleared Cache and storage, restarted the device, Boot up in safe mode and uninstalled possible third party apps that might be affecting it.
Is there any other solution i can try out before visiting the phone village?

Probably hardware failure. Take it to a qualified technician.

Do you really wanna argue this? All these kids sef. What's the point of buying something that can't serve you. Oga or madam, you must have that in your head before any other thing. One of my customers bought a laptop and came for games installation, my first look at it I told him that he just wasted his money. He bought scrap that can't even handle PES 2015 to play latest games. Nigga was heartbroken. I have seen people complaining of lag and storage issues countless times when they could have afforded a better device if they had a bit more patience. This may not matter to light phone users but if your use case demands that certain features must be met, then that would be your priority not budget. Una job is just to push product, na we dey ground dey contain the disaster of low quality phones flooding the market. Peace.

that's tecno for you. It is built with cheap materials that can't stand the test time. That phone must start lagging within the space of 2 to 3 months upon active usage. I have used tecno phones and I can attest to the frustration that comes with it lagging nature, the long lasting battery and the camera will also reduce drastically in the next six months.

When you preach the truth, they will start shouting agenda up and down. I usually ask people why do they think transsion phones are cheaper. The answer is low quality parts and lots of corner cutting.

High quality usb ports have a metal reinforcement to the plastic holding the pins in place. People using quality phones still on micro USB can attest to that. Other brands that like to cut corners will have their users suffering a similar fate as the OP. Make una dey buy better things.

I understand you bro. 99.9% of the time na display you dey look when using your phone. That's why any downgrade is noticeable. As for me anything not Amoled with ppi of 400 and above is a no for me. I haven't experienced above 60hz sha. My next phone will include it. That's why I'm put off buy all these 720p and 1080p big phones, their ppi suffers terribly.

but it isn't the same for others. imagine this scenario, you enter a shop and ask for a good performance phone, and they present xiaomi, apple ,samsung s-series devices to when you have just 50K in your debit card.

Lol budget? That's how people buy underpowered devices for what they want to use the devices for. I'm in a market setting and I have seen cases where people place budget before performance and bought phones or other things that won't serve their intended purposes and after explaining to them they started regretting and wished they had held off and saved more. This is common with the tech illiterates. Many shop owners don't educate their customers. Their own is just to sell. It is better to save more and get something that would serve you in the long run or make other decisions like buying older or used high-ends instead of budget devices. Peace.
