Well, oshaks, like everyone has rightfully told you, if you are going to sponsor yourself, you need funds, lots of it. if you want to go all the way, especially if you are thinking of going commercial. But if you just want to be a pilot then the PPL & couple of other ratings should do. Might not be as expensive.

This is a very unfortunate incident,
considering that, this plane was only six months old. Well we pray God to give the families the fortitude to bear the loss.

May the good Lord give the bereaved families the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss, as we (supporters) join them in mourning.

Passport will cost you about 5k plus 150 for draft. That is depending if you are going to do it yourself. If you are doing it in lagos beware of the thugs at the passport office in GRA Ikeja or at Ikoyi. They might delay you considerably depending on how fast you want the passport. I advise if you can go to Abuja, the immigration Office in Area 3 to get your Int Passport, it will take you 3 days (Garanteed) to get it. Driving license is also about 5k,Int driving license is 1k. Safe.

I think the work of a chartered buyer is solely based on the links you provide for your self, what you do is buy stuff for people that have no time to buy for themselves. For instance I have a friend who in turn has a cousin that works for Shell in Port harcourt, but had no time to buy the car he wanted so he told his cousin (my friend) to help get a car in LAgos. Gave him the specifics of what he wanted. When my friend got it, he placed a call to his cousin, he came down saw the car, like it, went back to port-harcourt & sent the money for it. Other shell boys saw the car & were like Where did you get to buy the car from, he replied my cousin in Lagos arranged it for me, I'll give you his number. BOOM!!~!! A chatered buyer was born. And thats how he makes his living buying, registering and delivering cars for shell boys, makes good money too. I was hoping to get something similar, it a work-in-progress.

have you tried to get sponsors that will help you out, cos i believe bring him to niaja is not yam. there wolud by various private firms & NGOs that would welcome the idea, or what do you think.
