Grace walked out of her house and accross the grass lawn into Mr Pearson's compound.
"Mr Pearse." She waved at the sixty year old man who was watering his flowers, being a lover of natural things.
"Mrs Grace, you here already?" Pearson asked as he dropped the watering hose and approached his guest.
"Yeah! I have a lot to do later in the day, so, I felt its not a bad idea if I come over now and meet with your friend. Its okay, isn't it?"
"Definitely, you are most welcomed. You know, Amelia and Michel have been yearning to know much about the coup which sent you to America. This could just be the perfect time." Pearson replied. "Here, this way." He led the way towards the front door.
"You have a nice front garden. Beautiful flowers." Grace complimented.
"That's Ixora." Pearson said pointing to a brightly coloured bunch. "Bobby, say Hi to Mrs Grace." The giant dog which was chained to its kernnel jumped around Grace.
"Hello Bobby."
Pearson led the way down the hallway until they came to a halt inside the living room.
"Here we are, my humble abode."
"As beautiful as ever." Grace said.
"All thanks to Amelia."
Grace without being told made for one of the couches and sat down.
"Where's Amy?" Grace asked.
"She is in the kitchen I suppose."
"And your daughter, Michel?" She asked.
"I'll just get her for you." With this, Pearson walked out of the living room.
Grace looked around the living room, appreciating the interior decoration put in place by Pearson's wife, Amelia.
"Hey!." A deep baritone voice said from the stairs which Grace presumed connects with the rooms upstairs.
"Hello." She replied.
"You must be Grace. The next door neighbour."
"Yeah! And you.....? Mr Pearson's friend." Grace replied.
"Rowland." He said.
"Nice name. So, you are from where?"
"Nigeria." Rowland replied.
"I know. I mean, where in Nigeria."
"Delta state." He replied.
"Oh my God! Grace. You are looking so good." Mr Pearson's wife Amelia cried as she walked into the living room.
"Oh! Amy. Ever glowing." Grace replied opening her arms for a hug and immediately, Rowland took a picture of the two women.
"Nice shot." Rowland laughed.
"I want it on my computer Rowy." Pearson said as he walked in with his daughter, Michel.
"Excuse me... For a moment." With this, Rowland walked out of the living room.
Sure that he was out of earshot, he brought out his phone and dialled a number.
"Hey! Rowland." A thick Nigerian accented voice said.
"I found her." Rowland said.
"What?" The voice replied.
"I found Grace. I think." Rowland said.
"You sure?"
"Am sending her picture down to your mail right now."

Kim was checking out the clothes she brought with her from the states as she sat in the living room in a bid to watch to the last scene, the Nigerian movie which was being aired. If there was anything that fascinated her, it was the blend of the local language and the English language. She knew she heard something similar to the language being used in dialogues while at the airport, and during her drive from her hotel to Mark's apartment. Another thing that fascinated her was the use of African diabolism.
If there was anything she needed at the moment, it was distration from the one too many problems affecting her marriage.
"Maybe watching movie is not the exact thing I need." She thought as she switched of the tv and that moment, a car honked outside the gate.
"Sabur! There is someone at the gate." She screamed at the gateman.
A wine coloured Nissan Murano drove into the compound and for the first time today, Kimberly smiled.
"I hope I look good enough." She said to herself.
"You look pretty darl." A voice within her replied and she smiled.
Talk about living in your own world where even when everyone ignores you, there is that one voice always speaking to you. Most times, two, the positive and the negative.
A knock sounded on the door.
"Coming." She said as she hurriedly made for the front door.
"Hey! Good morning." Tony said with a smile.
"Hi." Kim replied in the same stead, only with a laugh.
"Can I come in?" He asked.
"Sure! I invited you over." She opened the door wider and stepped aside for him to walk in. "Hope you had no problem locating this place?" She asked as she shut the door.
"Not at all. I once lived around here. The bungalow opposit this." He replied.
"Really?"
"Yeah! When I started with the FBI, I had problem finding a place to live. You know, I was transferred from Kaduna my home state down to Lagos. The Ministry got me a home here."
"Wow! So why did you move out?" Kim asked.
"I found my footing five years ago, got my car, brought my parents down here, my siblings. Then the house got overcrowded, so I got my own apartment."
"And your parents?" Kim asked, now they are in the modest living room.
"A nice place you have here." He complimented.
"Thanks. Have your seat." Kim replied. "And sorry about the clothes." She packed her clothes and stuffed them inside her bag. She walked towards where Tony presumed to be the bedroom.
"What can I offer you?" She asked from inside. "We have soda water and....." She drawled. "Actually, we have just soda water." She laughed.
Tony joined in the laughter. "Just get me water." He said.
A minute later, Kim walked out with a bottle of water and a cup.
"I'll serve myself."Tony said, prompting her to drop the tray on top which the bottle of water lay.
"So, your husband, you settled with him?" He asked.
"Yeah!" Kim replied.
Tony looked around the living room. "Is that him?" He asked pointing at a potrait picture of Mark standing on the centre table.
"Yeah." Kim replied.
"Mark, N.A.T.U. The American guy." Tony said.
"Yeah. You guys work together? I mean, the FBI and the N.A.T.U."
"Not really. Just a few encounters. We are always at loggerheads though. We see things differently." Tony replied.
"With me around, maybe this is the time for you to become friends."

Hence, the security man outside has no blame, so far a security man from the inside confirmed Spencer as an agent.

Grace stepped out of her car unto grass lawns that ardoned the front yard of her house in Los Angeles.
"Welcome Mrs Grace," Her neighbour greeted.
"Oh Mr Pearson, howdy?" Grace replied as she walked into the house with her shopping bags.
"Mrs Grace?" Her neighbour called just as she made to shut her door which prompted her to stick out her head.
"Yes?"
"Did you say you are from Nigeria?" He asked.
"Yeah." Grace replied.
"Good! One of my friends is visiting for a week or two, he is from Nigeria too."
"That's great." Grace remarked.
"Maybe you could just pop in for dinner if you don't mind."
"Am sorry Mr Pearson, but I just got fresh groceries from the store. Am cooking up something huge tonight." She replied.
"How about a glass of fresh milk? Amelia just made them." He asked.
"I'll be there in a jiffy." she replied before shutting her door.
Since she moved to Los Angeles five years ago, Mr Pearson who has been living in the city for a decade, and he aided her in getting familiar with her new neighbourhood. But a major turn off about Pearson and his goodwill was his ability to get naughty, and sometimes suggesting they had sexx, such was how randy Pearson was. Aside his shortcomings concerning his raging hormones, he was a good man with a very wonderful wife, Amelia and a good spirited young daughter, Michel, who was in her senior year in the high school.

Tina gently eased her car in between two cars as the traffic seemed stucked, with no one attempting to improve the situation or even attempt to know the cause of the jam.
She checked her wristwatch for the upteenth time and she realised she has spent over thirty minutes in traffic. The thrity minute she would have spent driving over to her scheduled meeting with General John-Paul has been spent in traffic and her meeting which starts in less than hours time, she doubt if she could make it to the Defense headquarters. Her ringing phone caught her attention, it was Mark.
"Hello." She said on picking up.
"Hey Tina, we are under attack." He said.
"What?" She asked.
"We are currently evacuating the building, a bomb was found in the gas exchange system." He explained.
"Oh my God! Chris." She muttered to herself. "Have you seen Chris?"
"Chris? I haven't. I thought you said he won't come today." Mark replied.
"There was a change of plans. Please check Chris out, he is in the common room, he could be sleeping." Tina pleaded and from her head, she could hear Mak give out instruction to someone.
"His name is Christopher. Fair in complexion, thirteen years old." She could hear him say.
"Where will I find him?" She heard the other person ask.
"The common room. You could check the medical wing also." Mark replied.
"Am making a U-turn right now. Mark, please look for Chris." And immediately, She flashed her trafficator, and pulled out of the traffic, taking the one way, until she was back at the end of the traffic where she joined the lane that connects to the N.A.T.U headquarters, and trust the LASTMA boys, they were hot on her chase.
"Oh God! Nothing must happen to my boy." She prayed.
"You are selfish." A voice within her said.
"Nothing must happen to everybody within the premises."

"Excuse me Mister." the security man said. "The geniunty of your keycard is in doubt and the only way we can confirm if your are not an impersonator is by taking your biometric finger print and comparing it with that of the keycard.
"I can't let you take my fingerprint." Spencer replied.
"Why?" The security man asked.
"Its against my faith." He replied.
"What faith?"
"Religious." Spencer replied.
The security man gave a hearty laugh. "You put everything on religion when your tactics seemed to have failed you. If you can't allow me test your fingerprint against that of this card, then I will have you take you into holding." The security man said as he grabbed the intercom lying on his desk and made a call.
"There is a situation at the entrance." He said. "Come over real fast." He added before facing a tensed looking Spencer.
"I wonder how you came about working with N.A.T.U and getting the keycard, if truly you are one hell of a religious person. I suppose a Biometric register was done during your induction." The security man said.
Spencer knew there was no way he was getting out of there unless a real miracle happened. He checked his phone screen for the upteenth time, but neither Clara, nor his ally inside the N.A.T.U has replied yet.
A minute later, the front door opened and five security men emerged which sent cold chills down his spine as his game had ended even before it started. But he had every reason to smile when he was his ally among the security men.
"Mr Spencer!" The young man who took Tina's exit into record almost an hour ago said with delight.
"How are you Paul?" Spencer asked.
"Good.... Good." Paul replied.
"You know him?" The security man delaying Spencer asked.
"Of course. He is a boss here." Paul replied.
"Are you sure?"
"Of course I am. Hold me responsible if anything goes wrong through him." Paul said calmly.
"Fine, but your keycard would be seized while I call the personnel department to confirm you being a staff here. With your keycard seized, you can't enter any of the confidential rooms around here.
"He perfectly understand the high handedness in our security system." Paul replied.
"Fine, you can go in." And with this, Paul and the four uniformed men walked into the building, closely followed by Spencer.
Once in the ICT hall, he dragged Paul back.
"I suppose that's Christina James office. I have less than twenty minutes. I hope the exit is opened." Spencer said.
"Christina James is out for the next one and a half hours. One of my trusted men is at the West wing exit. Just finish your assignment, and you'll be escorted out of here." Paul explained. "I think my job is done here. In twenty minutes time, the security alarm would go off once the bomb starts counting down, that time, I will be against you. If I see you lurking, I arrest you." He added.
"I understand you." Spencer said locking palms with him.
"Goodluck." Paul said and immediately walked away, while Spencer made his way to the west wing of the building.

Chris walked out of the restroom as he cleaned his hands with a tissue paper which he dropped inside a waste basket outside the restroom.
"Good morning boy." Spencer greeted.
"Good morning sir." Chris replied as Spencer took the right turn towards the gas exchange system. The only part of the west wing that was restricted to even the staffs. Except the operators and maintenance team, no one is allowed in there as DANGER signs were put all over the wall. In exceptional cases, only top seeded agents were allowed in there, basically, the level four to six clearance agents.
"i should report to the maintenance team and operators." He thought as he followed the man.

Tina descended the stairs from her office with Christopher closely behind her. The time was 9:15am.
"When are you going to be back?" Chris asked.
"In few hours time. Say two." Tina replied.
"Okay." Chris said unhappily.
"Will you stay with Collins or sit in the common room?" She asked once they were on the landing inside the ICT hall of over twenty computer persons were working.
Chris weighed his options. Staying with Collins means he being grounded. As Collins was more of a office person, Chris knew the two hours he is likely to spend with him would be behind the doors of his office. He would have accepted to stay with Collins a week ago, but right now, as it stands that Collins was using him to get close to his mum, he was tempted to hate him. The thought of Collins telling him how much he loved his mother came flashing and he could not help but chuckle at the thought of what Collins asked of him.
"Mum, Uncle Collins loves you and he wants to marry you. Please don't say no." Chris couldn't help but burst into laughter, even though he dabbed his palm over his mouth immediately.
"Chris, are you okay? You've been deep in thought for over a minute and now you are laughing." Tina asked.
"Am fine. I'll be in the common room." He replied.
"Are you sure?" Tina asked. "Won't you get bored?"
"I'll survive." Chris replied.
"Okay, see you...."
"In two hours." Chris completed before running towards the west wing of the building.
"Agent Tina, seems you are goiing out?" A young security man asked once he saw Tina with her handbag.
"Yes," Tina replied.
"Official outing or unofficial?"
"Unofficial. I will take three hours off and make up the three hours by showing up on sunday." Tina bargained.
"Good! Am not registering your outing. Your hundred percent record still on." The man said with a laugh before the security door admitted Tina within and off she exited the N.A.T.U premises.
-------------
A black SUV drove into the N.A.T.U premises and a young man of about thirty nine years alighted with a black suitcase which matched his suit and trouser, as he had a white shirt and a black tie on.
"Welcome sir." The security at the entrance greeted.
"Thank you." The man replied. "I am Agent Spencer." He said.
"Your keycard please." One of the security men requested and Spencer subsequently handed his keycard to him. The security slotted the keycard into a card reader which confirmed his identity.
"John Spencer, thirty nine years, level four clearance. Field operative." The security man read out. "Am I right?"
"Yes you are."
As the security man made to remove the keycard, he looked at his computer screen, looked back at Spencer.
"You have a blurry photograph on your keycard which is unlike N.A.T.U. I doubt the genuinty of of your card." The security man remarked as he punched some keys on his computer, the same time when Spencer sent a quick message to his inside ally and outside ally, Clara.
"Let me have your biometric data please."
Spencer knowing that the biometric registered on the card was that of Clara, while the only change they could make on the card was erasing the data, but the biometric data couldn't be erased. Either he allowed to security have his way and his cover blown or he find a way to escape and his death warrant signed.

General John-Paul was seated behind the desk in his office when his wife barged into the office.
"Madam, this is not right." His secrtary pleaded with his angry wife.
"Martha." General John called his secretery.
"yes sir?" The young lady faced his boss. Seeing the angry look on his face, she couuld not but apologize. "I asked her to state her mission, but she ignored and brushed past me."
"You can go." General Paul said dismissively.
The secretary bowed and with one last angry stare at the elderly woman beside her, she marched out of the office.
"What are you looking for?" General paul asked immediately.
"Is she one of the girls you shamelessly sleep with every other day?" His wife replied.
"What are you talking about?"
"I was suprised you didn't scold her for trying to deny me entry and embarrassing me in the process." His wife explained.
"Stop making excuses. You embarrassed yourself. You weren't expecting her to throw the door open the moment she sae you, were you?" He said angrily. "She doesn't even know you."
"In my husband's office?"
"Point of correction, the state defence house where your husband has an office." General Paul corrected. "Why are you here?"
"My son." His wife replied.
"What happened to him?" General Paul asked.
"You promised to bring him back home today. And today is exactly one week since you visited his abductors, where is my son?" She poured out. "Paul!"
"Your son will be home at due time, it could be today or any other day, but be rest assured that my Chidi will be back home safely." General Paul explained calmly.
"Are you human at all? Are you happy with how miserable I look? Which parent will sit down comfortably in office and go about his day's work without hitches when his only son is in the kidnappers den. Do you think I sleep every other night?" His wife poured out. "This is a matter of an only son. I should be making plans on my own as the mother of the boy in question, but since you are the father, you have everything at your beck and call, money, man power, arms and ammunitions, I felt you can get to rescue Chidi."
"Labake! I won't have you talk to me anyhow inside my office." General Paul cautioned his wife.
"It has come to that? Yes, I know it will come to this. You will meet me at home." With this, Mrs Labake John-Paul stormed out of her husband's office.
"Nonsense!" General Paul said to himself.
His ringing phone caught his attention, and checking the caller, it was Danny Lovato.
"Hello Danny." He said.
"John-Paul General.... Good morning." Lovato greeted with a laugh. "How do you do?"
"Good."
"I love that. Tomorrow is the deadline. Anthony is loosing patience." Lovato said.
"I know, Christina James is on her way here." General John-Paul replied.
"I want her left eye." Lovato whispered. "Excecute her without blinking an eye." Lovato said.
"Am on it."

Danny Lovato stepped into the parking lot to have a final word with his men before leaving for the biggest executions of their lifes.
"Are you guys set?" He asked.
"Yes sir." They replied.
"Where is the commander?" He queried as he ran his hand over the bomb built by a group of the teenage students under his tetulage.
"Here sir." The dark skinned commander replied walking out of the building.
"How prepared are you?" Lovato asked.
"Prepared to an extent that we knew its either we execute this smoothly or we die." They chorused.
Lovato smiled. "Hope you are not forgetting anything? Remember, Christina James' office is just above the ICT hall. Find a way to outsmart her eagle eyes. The bomb destination is on the East wing of the building where Collins office is located. Find someone to shield him from coming out. And finally, remember the American. He has no office, he moves from one spot to the other, therefore, you have to subdue him. He must not be near the west wing throughout the operation." Lovato explained to the men who listened attentively, even though they have heard all he was saying countless times, but as it was Danny Lovato's number rule to be attentive even if he was explaining the meaning of their name. "And let the digital map be your closest companion and guide. And in case anything goes wrong, put a call through to Clara, she can help." Lovato concluded.
"Permission to move..." The commander requested.
"Granted."
One after the other, the men filed into the waiting van and minutes later, they drove out of the compound.
Almost immediately, one of the uniformed me flanking Lovato brought out a phone and dialled number, after which he walked a little distance away from others.

Clara walked out of the bathroom dressed in her night robe as she cleaned her wet sleepy face with a medium sized towel. Her ringing phone caught her attention as she immediately made for the bedside table where her phone lay.
"Hello." She said calmly.
"Am I speaking with Miss Clara?" A male voice asked from the other end.
"Miss Clara?" She asked. "No, you are not speaking with Miss Clara, but Mrs Nneoma." She replied.
"I guess its a wrong number then. Sorry for the disturbance."
"No problems." Clara replied.
"Am Hafiz." The man said before the line went dead.
Clara looked into the giant mirror occupying the entirety of one of the three partitioned doors of her wardrobe.
"Good Clar, you are still smart." She said as she made triumphant 'thumb up' sign to her figure in the mirror. That moment, her phone vibrated.
"You have a new text message." The automated customer service voice said.
She calmly picked up her phone and as expected, the message was from the number she just ended calls with less than a minute ago.
The boys are moving in any moment from now. Be on your computer and have you phone closeby, you will be putting them through on how to and how not to move. Particularly, the lock codes. FROM: DL's Army The message read. Apart from knowing who the sender was, she knew what the message was all about. And her pretending to be someone else minutes ago was down to the fact that for security reasons based on the controversy sorrounding her, she has to be wary of the calls she makes or receive.
Clara smiled as she tighten her robe around her body and immediately went for her laptop computer.

Udmaster:
you are very right, Mr Barcanista, Tinubu wanted to play a tribal marginalization card in the APC Mock election but was humiliated.. How does he want the VP and the Rep. Speaker to come from the SW? precisely Lagos State.. Even if S.E get the SGF and Deputy Speaker, what about the south south? What a corrupt and tribalistic entity man called Tinubu!
No one could have said it any better

Well said Barcanista.
The APC as a party needs to undergo a three month intensive taining under the tetulage of the PDP. You can't compare a party that has been on ground since 1998 and first tasted governance in 1999(and held on till date) to a party which came into existence as a result of a merger in 2013.
APC as a result of godfatherism, cabalism which led to disunity within the party played into the hands of PDP
God bless the SE/SS PDP lawmakers for acting fast.

PoliticsRe: Garba Shehu: Buhari’s Stay In Defence House Not Because Of ‘juju’ In Aso Rock by D9ty7(m): 9:50am On Jun 10, 2015
How long are we going to read news like this? When are we going to read news like; Presidency congratulates the Millitary on the victory at wiping Boko haram and the release of Chibok girls?
Defence house of Midfield's house, Buhari should start work already.
Honestly, Shehu shouldn't have responded to the juju claims from rumour mongers like he called them.
Abati, Okupe, Omokri replied everyone during Gej's regime, and what did they leave us with?

We share mutual sentiments. My grouse lies in PDP and her knack for telling barefaced lies. A working prosperous country is what every well meaning Nigerian seeks.
In the last 16yrs, PDP was in charge at the top with no strong opposition which was exactly what killed democracy in Nigeria.
The emergence of APC in 2013 as a credible opposition was a nightmare to the party PDP. And being their first time being faced with strong opposition, pdp lacked points to counter APC, hence, their reason for attacking persons.
Without warning, pdp became the opposition.
Now tell me, a party that didn't survive the existence of an opposition, now made the opposition, you don't expect anything new do you?
Expect pdp to hail Buhari in the coming days and attack Tinubu.
Until they learn to play opposition, pdp will continue eating up their campaign attacks.
