I am sure he did not intend to kill her but it was PROVOCATION-INDUCED ANGER that cause the fight which resulted in her death. Its a case of manslaughter. But irrespective of our "emotions" (both afonja and Igbos or even femminazzis), the woman is dead and is gone. Question is: What gain is it to her, that she loses her life, just for the sake of sleeping with the next-door neighbour of her husband? If a woman wants to sleep around, she should do so but PLEASE, either dont marry or if you are married, just divorce your husband, sharp-sharp. But the greedy and selfish ones like this, want to remain married and at the same time, want to give their husband STD's and HIV by sleeping around, even doing it next door! It is also a form of "domestic violence" to subject your husband to such INDIGNITY, PSYCHOLOGICAL PUNISHMENT AND MENTAL TRAUMA by sleeping with your neighbour, when you are married. It leads to PROVOCATION. The man will serve his time but l have not one single sympathy for the dead harlot. The man will eventually be freed (even armed robbers get freed eventually) but she is dead and gone for good. Lesson learned. Lets us pause a bit: Kanu is on bail and right now, he is violating his bail consditions in the most "in-your-face" manner. I hope those who are applauding him now, will not turn around to shout VICTIMISATION/MARGINALISATION, when the Courts decides to apply the punishment, relating to flagrant infringement of the law. When the Fly is eating the sore of the wounded, no one is taking note but when the wounded decides to smash the head of the fly, they will start shouting ICC and UN and E.U! Again, Kanu is flexing and addressing his supporters. One of his fans posted the info here so that it can be come "public". Someone else observed that which l observed above and suddenly, the Ibos descend on him/them as Yorubas! Are you guys saying that it is only Yorubas that have the intelligence and mental capacity to see that disobeying a court order could land you in prison? And why is it that Ibos derive so much trouble in abusing Yorubas (while pretending to be Yorubas), even in issues not related to Yorubas yet, they are the same ones that will be complaining that Yorubas should not comment on their threads! But let us pause and think ahead, while looking back a bit because there is a cliche which says "A half-blinded Eye, will beget a major scuffle". - No one is talking about the wife that brought her Boy friend and lover, to fight her husband. - While both husband and wife's lover are fighting, wife jumps-in to defend her lover and took the blow meant for the lover, on her leg (Leg gets damaged) - Wife takes to Social Media, gathers sympathy and embarks on a journey to ruin the husband. - First, you get him locked up - Next, you take his job and source of livelihood - He runs away to America and you still chased him that far - Now, you got his Visa revoked and he would have to come back to Nigeria. - Maybe you would even succeed in sending him to jail, who knows But remember, after all said and done and he comes back from jail, you will always have to "watch your back, day and night" because the first wound, is not always as heavy and deadly, as the 'strike-back'. Those whose lives have been destroyed and have nothing more to live-for, are the worst sort of people to offend. Same thing goes for all the other products. Why would a Customer go and buy directly from the supplier, if it will cost him more, than them paying you for the same unit item? So, you asking them to go to the Supplier DIRECTLY, is not really an 'act of altruism' (show of transparency) but it is because you know that it will cost them more and therefore not economically viable for them to do so. You even mentioned provision of Compactor, as one of the things such client must provide to you as 'materials'! My own personal opinion on issues like this is that the Installer should not always DIRECTLY EQUATE HIGH PRICE to QUALITY of his Services. Your goal is to always try and see how you can provide same 'high quality', at COMPETITIVE PRICES. MTN once told us it costs#45 to make a voice call, back then when they were enjoying a sort of monopoly. they told us it cant be cheaper. But fast-forward a few months later when other competitors entered the market, we all saw that it could actually be achieved for #15. Good/High quality Service should not be a license to exploit Customers, if it can be avoided. Having said that, l think one option you may explore, is that of "segmenting" your Customers. The High Net-worth Customers who can easily afford and dont give a darn about Price, should be allowed and encouraged to pay the "Big man price" while the 'kobo-kobo Customers' who want the same service should be availed of such discounted prices. And they started looting the treasury from that point. Street Lights worked, Schooling was superb, University was a delight (Three solid meals for 15K everyday @5K per meal, and l am talking about something like Jollof rice with full chicken and ice Cream as desert, at every meal, in a school like Unilag! Everything worked till those period, until the Politicians of NPN started spreading their virus and the Youths caught up with it. White People have left long before 1960, pre-independence. Right now, the rot is so deep-rooted that only a military regime, an ALTRUISTIC ONE, led by a selfless leader in the mould of a "young Buhari and Idiagbon, as they were in 1983, can forcefully re-orientate and redirect the National mentality. We are rotten beyond what Democracy and all its "escape routes" can solve, beyond what the freedom (of speech and actions) it allows can contain, beyond what its Judicial leverage can sort out. Democracy is good and you all might be horrified at what l am saying but mark my words, in a few years, we would have no choice that to go back to a military rule, correct our mistakes, refocus our generation and then revert back to a Democratic dispensation.
