You can make use of the Attic space for storage etc.
Aesthetically appealing

Flat Roof

Drainage not quite effective
Easily Clogged leading to damage and leaks (if not regularly inspected)
Easy to Clean and repair
Leakage if NOT done properly from the onset
Practical if living in area with little rainfall

He bought a land very near Sabo and constructed a petrol station and embark on a majestic building . You can hardly find five cars in his petrol station because all the people know the man is into questionable business.
