I have a simpler method. Just install the cracked airblue form banned iPhone repo or any other cracked one. After that go back to cydia and uninstall airblue stack, then install an older version (I can email you one its about 300kb) or you can download it and use ifile to install it

I got Dell Insipiron 1525, 4gb ram, 320 hdd...dont know about all those other specs.... But i cant play PES 2012, only 2011 will play on it. I dont know why. And i'm looking forward to get PES 2013 but since '12 doesnt play i dont know if '13 wull play.

I did not check the sim card,It was displaying "no service" but I was not bothered cos I tot it was the usual gevey unlock solution stuff. Thank God I told him to wait till tomorrow. The antenna position really fooled me.

Goto settings/general/network/cellular network/tethering settings.
