Philippines’ President Rodrigo Duterte who spoke to a crowd in Japan on Thursday, revealed that he used to be gay but cured himself with beautiful women. According to 74-year-old controversial President, his critic Senator Antonio Trillanes IV was ‘similar’ to him because they were both gay. However President Rodrigo Duterte further revealed that he ‘cured’ himself with beautiful women and was no longer gay, when he married his first wife Elizabeth Zimmerman.

Speaking to the Filipino community in Japan, Duterte invited three attractive women standing at the side of the room to take empty seats at the front. He went on to say someone gay had told him that based on the senator’s movements, his critic Trillanes is homosexual, Rappler reported.
‘I said, “Are you sure?” They said, “You ask any gay person who sees Trillanes move, they’ll say he’s gay.” No wonder. Good thing Trillanes and I are similar. But I cured myself,’ he said.

He added: ‘When I began a relationship with Zimmerman, I said, this is it. I became a man again.’ President Duterte was married to Elizabeth Zimmerman, 71, from 1973 until 2000 and they had two children together. During his outing in Japan, it was his long-term girlfriend Honeylet Avanceña, 49, who accompanied him to the event where he invited four women on stage to receive a kiss on the cheek.

Regina Daniels' mother, Rita Daniels clashed with her uncles on Facebook as she reacted to claims of her daughter denying her father in public but secretly pacifying him with a Jeep. One of the actress' uncles, Ojeogwu Tony Molanto, who shared a post that led to the heated exchange had written;

Governor Godwin Obaseki who has been at loggerheads with APC Chairman and his predecessor, Adams Oshiomhole, has stated that he is not a weakling as he can bite. The Edo state governor said this when the Nigeria Labour Congress, National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), National Butchers Union, Market Women, National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), youths and students held a protest march to endorse him for second term.

Governor Godwin Obaseki who was represented by the State Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Mr. Paul Ohonbamu, stated at the event that he is not a weakling but can also bite. According to him, the social contract he entered with the people in 2016 was being fulfilled across the state. He said; 

"The process of changing the fortunes of Edo people is being opposed. It is  system that can create winners and losers in the political arena and economy market place. They are not comfortable because the type of politics Obaseki is playing is too sophisticated for them.

‎“Obaseki has said he will continue to be an agent of the people. You must see the government as your agent to do that which you desire in line with legitimate expectation. Those who threatened that they will let hell loose, I want to tell them that no governor is a weakling. Every governor can sting, every governor can strike. We are fortunate to have a governor who is an unwilling serpent."

Game of Thrones star, Kit Harington, has reportedly checked into a rehab for stress and alcohol, according to a report from Page Six.It was gathered that Kit Harington checked into the rehab,  a few weeks before the show's ending on May 19. While sources claimed that the ending of Game of Thrones "really hit him hard", it was gathered that his stay at the luxury rehabilitation facility was prompted by struggles with stress and alcohol.

The actor who is undergoing a series of tests and therapies while at the facility, including "psychological coaching, practicing mindful meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy to combat stress and deal with negative emotions", has been at the luxury Connecticut health retreat Priv-Swiss for nearly a month, the report states.

A representative of the 32-year-old actor who played Jon Snow for all eight seasons of Thrones, said he decided to utilize "this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues."

Three students who have impersonating police officers have been arrested in Niger, by officers attached to the state's police command. 

The arrested students who have been impersonating police officers in Niger were identified as Abubakar Musa, 25; Michael Joshua, 24; and Nehemiah Tswanya, 25, and it was gathered that they were trailed and arrested by a team of policemen attached to the Lapai Division following a tip-off by public spirited individuals.

The suspects who are students of the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, and Federal Polytechnic, Bida, reportedly disguised themselves as police officers to arrest one Sheba Adamu, who was described as one of their accomplices.  Adamu who was arrested by the fake police officers, was accused of hijacking a scam meant to fleece an American of N15m on the pretext of supplying him computer gadgets. It was gathered that Adamu refused to release the contact of the foreigner, thereby denying them the opportunity of making the said amount of money.

The former Kannywood actress who spoke to Daily Trust, said sometimes she has "to be blind, deaf and dumb to survive her marriage". Sani Danja's wife who revealed that women checking their husband's phones is why marriages fail when asked the secret of her 11-year-old marriage, added that being married to her husband is not an easy job.

She said;

"He is a star, and apart from that he is handsome and rich. These are the qualities a lot of women want in a man. A lot of girls beg to date him. I was able to build a lot of patience to understand the kind of man I married. I married a celebrity because I was also a celebrity and sometimes fans can make crazy remarks of you. What do you expect from a man whose religion permits to marry four wives? One of the key things that make our marriage stand is that I have never in my life gone through his phones. .

You know, the act of women checking their husband’s phones is one of the main reasons why marriages collapse. When a woman checks her husband’s phone and sees something she’s not supposed to see, it will really affect her, and by extension the marriage. Just after Okoro Blessing got arrested, a personal dig has been taken into her life and its been gathered that the G-Wagon she showed off months ago is also not hers.

Recall that in March 2019, the relationship expert/blogger took to Instagram to show off a white G-Wagon Brabus she claimed she bought herself. According to her, the G-Wagon is an early birthday gift for herself. On her Instagram post, the blogger noted that legit work pays but it takes time to reap the fruit. The beautiful relationship expert also revealed that she would clock 30 on her birthday.

However an Instagram user who seems to know her, revealed that the G-Wagon Okoro Blessing showed off months ago is also not hers. According to her, the blogger always says the G-Wagon is parked in her garage and only driven to special places when asked about it.
