The boko haram issue is a complete deception.the leader of the sect has deluded is followers to believing that western education is evil. Wheras he has fleets of cars in his house, he has sattelite tv, different types of deep freezers .all these electronics were made tru western educations he vehimently opposes and not by revelation. It is obvious that people like abuzola and fizzy are threat to humanity. Abuzola's posts have made public his delusion.why should the society allow such deluded,paverted and eccentric nonentities to live among men.

I have two properties in ajeromi local govt area of lagos state. Earlier this year i got a bill frm alausa that i should 13k for both properties as land use charge. I made this payment as directed by government in april. Before the end of d same month the local government came with their own bill that i should pay for tenament rate.i got confused because they said d land use charge covers the tenament rate.

pls N/L advice me because local govt people threatin to luck up my buildings by their next visit.

As regard the tenancy bill, i think government wil b geting it wrong to think dy can turn d housing scheem changed at once. If government is realy serious about making a change, it must take proper planing and process such as:

1. Just as government is creating alternatives transports,they also have houses owned by government and leased out at subsidized rate. I hope tribalism and coruption will not hinder it.

2. Housing project is not wha Lagos governmnt can takle alone, d federal government should be involved. Legislation should be made for banks to assist building with convinient pay back schedule.

New areas should be developed and people should be encouraged to Move in. Acces to this areas shovld be made.

Rome was not built in a day.development and change is a process and not a stage.

I think the muslim folks are running out of facts. It looks like they have exusted all the weapon in their amory. Honestly abuzola's hijacks made want to attack all his posts. I think he is out of steem. No wonder he has been quiet lately.
