A 100 level medical student of the Niger Delta University, NDU, has allegedly died after plunging into Amassoma River in Bayelsa State.

According to reports, Uzakah Timi Ebiweni, took the decision to end it all after failing his exams. It was gathered that out of the 169 students in his class, 50 failed.

Timi allegedly started giving hints via his WhatsApp stories by initially posting a candle light and then changing to the picture of a candle with its light blown off.

-AKSU student suspended indefinitely for calling her V.C “foolish” on Facebook.

Akwa Ibom State University has suspended one of its students, Nkanang George Ufot of the Department of Performing Arts, for insulting the Institution's Vice Chancellor, Professor Eno Ibanga, on Social Media.

The student had recently, on her Facebook page, referred to Prof. Ibanga, as "that foolish VC".
In a statement (attached below) signed by the school's registrar, John E. Udo, the suspension is indefinite.

A new update we got about the Gospel Minister who committed suicide in Abuja, revealed that he is not an RCCG member, but a member of Shepherd House Church, Apo.

According to Bennie Umoren, the deceased left the Redeemed Christian Church of God two years ago, and he didn't die because he was depressed over rent. The Facebook user who revealed that the Gospel Minister who committed suicide was not an RCCG member, further disclosed that his wedding was cancelled because of sexual relationship with another girl who leaked his nudes, hence he got frustrated because of the embarrassment.
