Actually he is saying the truth but most of the countries he mentioned here have electricity 24/7, I was in Cotonu last year for three weeks all thru my stay there was light 24/7, same with Egypt, I was there for three months, no one single day without light, talking about Niger, Nigerians are the ones smuggling fuel to that country now so how do u expect it to be cheap, these countries don't have any jack shit compares to Nigeria but yet that are more cool that us.
