Growing up, we were told there are three arms of government, Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary.
Independent of each other.

Why should the judiciary be under the influence of the state governor.

Why should the judiciary finacial allocation be managed by the governor. - embezzlement .

Why should the governor decide who takes top positions in Judiciary, like judge, magistrates etc. - quota sytem.
