They complain if unemployment only via lip service ...buy from a Nigerian car maker, and you create more jobs for thousands of his direct and indirect employees .

The family structure is already broken if they take any actions that change the dynamics of the present state. A reconstruction is necessary to salvage any part of the family unit that requires being salvaged. It is important that this is done. Again you can exit this nucleus if you deem it contrary to the higher standards of morality. I don't see a contradiction there.




I am in agreement but this is not the case in Nigeria if we are to be honest. Pastors in Nigeria are close to guru's because the culture continues to encourage '"savior like" people who are shielded when they are exposed and this culture must stop.

I would personally resign and not be associated with an organization that is deemed to be corrupt as this would compromise my own morality and would further possibly damage my reputation going forward if I were to move to another reputable organization and would possibly want to take up a leadership position.

Well thought out responses ....however in terms of secular organizations, heirachial corruption most times leads to demotion of the heirschy if they are found guilty and does not result to the closing of the organization .

Secondly, for the family the children can shield their mother from the crimes if their father, they can even go as far as disown their father because of his crimes but they cannot abandon the family because the head is guilty of a crime .

As for the church, No single individual owns a true Christian church ...God does , hence the reason we go there is to worship GOD...if at some point certain ministers and messengers of God are found guilty of crimes , the congregation through the church elders, or leaders are to investigate , and take decisive steps towards discipline .

A consequence for not living up to moral standards in an organization should be the dissolution or destruction of that organization so that others are deterred against not adhering to a higher standard of morality. It is not helpful to me or anyone to point out the flaws of men as an excuse of not forcing these organizations to live up to the standards they expect from their own followers

If a culture continues to accept the flaw of a high tempered man in beating his wife, subsequently damaging the psychology of his children and subjecting them to imbibe or repeat such acts in a continuous unbroken cycle of hypocrisy for THE SAKE of upholding the family unit, that culture will eventually rot.

In response to this I have few questions: if the response to rot in an "organization " as you out us is to dissolve or destroy the organization, then I ask these questions;

1. Should the entire staff of a circler organization design because the top management are found guilty of corruption?

2. Should the members of a family quit being so because their father became promiscuous or even beats their mother ?

3. Should members of a social club, an association, a community etc quit the unit because the hierarchy were found guilty of crime or corruption ?

If these people will not quite for these reasons simply because their loyalty is mostly to the principles that that guides the organizations rather than the figure heads , then true worshippers should not gsng up to pull down a church or destroy the congregation of true Worshippers simply because the hierarchy were involved in crime .

Instead , the membership of these bodies can either sanction the offenders , expel them or discipline them because the organization just like the body if Christ is bigger than any individual....my submission though
