Two years from the customer care officer work experience.

GlitteringStar:
One year paid internship +................(which other two years work experience?)
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by DadR: 10:16pm On Mar 28, 2018
You are too much GS.

Nagode!

GlitteringStar:
The work experience should be within the last 10 years too.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by DadR: 10:13pm On Mar 28, 2018
It's for someone very close to me and not myself.

Is your one year internship after OND too?

pxjosh:
Are you interning or already done?

Madam,

The one year paid internship (work experience) is based on an IT role (User Support Technician - NOC B). However, the person also has five years work experience as a Customer Care Officer (NOC C) which cannot be used a primary NOC. So can this person claim 3 years work experience out of the 6 years?

Thanks

CC other elders in the house

GlitteringStar:
Objection my Lord. grin The above requirement is for CEC candidates. Unpaid internships cannot be used but one can use paid internship if it falls under NOC A, B or 0.

This is good news to the person.

Thanks mcstan.

The person graduated by completing a two-year diploma (OND) and did one year IT (internship) to gather work experience. The IT was not compulsory to further the person's education. So can this really fly as one year work experience.

Other seniors please weigh in.

Thanks

mcstan18:
If this internship was part of the requirements for your studies, then I'm afraid it will not count as part of work experience. Internships and apprenticeships completed before graduating do not count as skilled work experience. They are considered part of an educational program.

If it wasn't, then it would count as long as you were not a full-time student at the time. However, you must have gained the equivalent amount of experience as someone who worked full-time for at least one year (1560 hours)

See THIS and THAT

Good evening my people and how was work today?

Please I have a quick question.

Can one use a year paid internship to claim a year work experience? Since people use one year NYSC as a year work experience, so can someone who did a year IT after OND claim one year work experience too?

An answer is expediently needed.

Oga boss, @gazzuzz, am awaiting your feedback Sir.

Does Honda CR-V 1999-2001 has leg pull out issue? Is it advisable to go for it and any peculiar issues?

Thanks

Ops! This is a classic one.

On Honda, which model and year of this product doesn't have ball joint/leg pulling issues?

On Kia/Hyundai, would you recommend a Naija used one. If yes, which one seems durable and not too expensive.

Thanks

Congratulations.

6 weeks timeline for an EOR is quite impressive. I had requested for a remark in L 7.5 and W 6.5 on Feb 23. Today makes it 3rd week and based on your timeline, I am optimistic that my EOR would be ready in 3 weeks time with an upgrade in L and W, and my 15k refunded. I tap into your testimony.

Hello Nairalanders, ive been a passive member of this group but i want to post my story to encourage others

i took the ielts test on jan 20th and my result was LRWS 8.5, 8, 6.5, 7.5. i was really upset cuz like so many other people, i felt i did better. i registered for another test for 24th march and my speaking test was supposed to be tomorrow 17th March (Lol money don waste like that)

on the 5th of february, i requested for a the EOR on writing with a time frame of 10-12 weeks in mind but today 16th march (6 weeks exactly) i got my new result and score was bumped up from 6.5 to 8 thats a whole 1.5. CSR went from 408 to 456.

There is something wrong with BC nigeria and i hope this unfair treatment of nigerians is stopped soon. For those who want to remark, please do that by all means and God will favor us all. Cheers!!

@glitterringstar, many congratulations to you and I wish you success in all your endeavours. You indeed deserve all these wonderful wishes and gratitude. You have been very selfless and helpful on this thread. I've been on a low key since I got the expected IELTS result but your testimony has gingered and encouraged me. I ain't giving up!

@newmum0615, am very confident that your testimony is just around the corner. You have been a very wonderful sombori on this platform too and I must say kudos to you. I can't wait to congratulate the NOC Technical Adviser.

@drestofus, this race is not for he that willeth or runneth. It's of the Lord that showeth mercy.
