Hi Ozzz, I don't agree with the below assertion. Under AIPP, once you receive a job offer from an employer, you, with the assistance of your employer, will get a settlement plan from a settlement planning agency. Your job offer letter with the settlement plan is what your employer will use to apply for endorsement from the respective province. Settlement plan is just to guide you on how to settle in seamlessly when you land and not to provide you with free accommodation. Settlement plan is free but accommodation is never free. Cheers cc: developrog Ozzz: If you meant the PR application under AIPP, yes it comes with accomodation which they refer to as a settlement scheme for free, it also enables you to bring your immediate family if married along.
Hope this helps. |

The PR as the name implies is just a permanent resident visa, a type of visa that allows you to stay in Canada indefinitely till you become a Citizen. Your POF is meant to take care of your initial accommodation cost, feeding, cost of living in general, pending when you start work. Developrog: Please someone help on this. Does the PR approval come with Accommodation? Because nobody has talked about accommodation here. |

Thanks very much. awos90: WES evaluates the ACIIN to be Three Years Bachelor's Degree.
So I think WES should evaluate the Certificate in Insurance to be One Year Certificate Program just like the Certificate in IT from the British Computer Society.
You can give it a try. |

Hi, good morning. Please, do you know what WES evaluates Certificate in Insurance from CIIN to be equivalent to? Thanks Hakuna Matata Ifakiland: Does it matters whether project or no as long as there's a transcript and cert. Cima, ciin don't have projects and Wes evaluated them wella |

You can actually write the CSC exam in Lagos. I contacted them in December last year about it. See the email response |

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Please, do you have the soft copy of the study book you purchased? If yes, can I DM you to have it? Thanks. DPizzy: I believe you could study for the exam prior to landing, but you can only write the exam in Canada as of now. |

Only 25% of the balance in your RSA can be used as POF. Draybaba0103: You mean I can't access all the pension funds for POF? And do you know how to calculate the pension statement? |
