Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup(s) pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup(s) diced mango
1 banana, sliced
2 teaspoon(s) fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) grated, peeled fresh ginger
3 ice cubes


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions

In blender, combine pineapple juice, mango, banana, lime juice, ginger, and ice and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into cup and enjoy!!

Ingredients


2 ounce(s) Baileys Irish Cream
1/4 ounce(s) Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
1/4 ounce(s) Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions

Add Baileys Irish Cream, Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur.
Shake and serve over ice or blend with ice.
-Serve and enjoy!!

BREAKFAST choices:
eggs
waffle (1 regular size or 2 mini ones)
pancakes (1 regular size or 2 small ones)
Quaker oats
bowl of cereal
-all served with a fruit

SNACKS:
served with juice
-grahm crakcer
-nilla wafers
-pretzels
-applesauce
-all served with a fruit (peaches, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe etc)

LUNCH:
- chicken nuggets
-Rice and peas/broccoli with fish
-yogurt
-Semo and vegetables
served with water and a fruit or veggie

DINNER:
-baked chicken
-pasta with meatball and sauce ( a little)
-pizza (occasionally 1/2 a slice is enough with other sides)
some veggie favs i see are:
-carrots, string beans, asparasus, peas, broccoli
-Rice and vegetables (efo)

DESSERT:
-ice cream (Low fat/low sugar)
- yogurt
-100% juice
-carrot cake

try to limit juice to one or two cups a day, one milk in the morning and once at night, at least 4 or 5 cups of water.
make sure ur juice is 100% juice.
