Celebrities › Re: Omowunmi Akinnnifesi: 'Our Girls Don’t Have Integrity Anymore' by Daeylar(f):
Too much pressure on the girl child,

There is no need for the statement "especially the girls" except she wants to back it up with facts,

Morals and manners make a good human being, doesn't apply to women alone

Nice idea from her

I intend going into international imaging and etiquette. I want to teach women not only how they should appear but how they should also behave and this is important. When you come across some of our children these days, especially the girls, you would notice they don’t have integrity anymore. They lack morals and manners and these are the things that make a woman. These are part of the content. The new generation of youths is not growing with our culture, so we need to retrain them on how to behave. They have to imbibe the culture of respect for elders and how to behave like a proper lady. They also need to learn how to host visitors; do fine dinning; how to speak, sit down, talk; eat certain kinds of food.
We hardly train people on some of these things in Nigeria. People don’t believe they are necessary. But it’s very important. I attended Queens’ College, Lagos and way back then; they used to teach us these things. But these days, the students are only taught Maths, English and all those important subjects but as for moral etiquette, it’s no longer there.

A man once assisted a pregnant woman in his car in the company of his wife and 3 sons, on getting to a lonely junction she started complaining of full bladder, not knowing she was among a kidnapping and ritualist syndicate. The family were waylaid and ordered to release one of their sons or they would kill them all, he had to release his son named simon and they were instructed to enter their vehicle and drive off, he quickly reported at the next police check point, unfortunately the deed has been done, the boy was killed and organs removed. What still haunt the man, was the son's last word which was " daddy why me"
OMG shocked
This touched me, really touched me

Especially this part "daddy why me" cry can't imagine what the boy felt when he saw them drive off leaving him all alone cry cry cry

Christianity Etc › Re: This Is How A Christian Should View Homosexuality by Daeylar(f): 1:45pm On Aug 13, 2017
newsynews:
So cos a country sells human parts, they should now allow homosexuality as well?

Can you now see that homosexuality is a sin that wants other sins to be legalized? The moment you legalize homosexuality, other bike sins like pedophilia, bestiality, transgender, lesbianism etc will creep in.
others sins like lesbianism? so homosexuality is different from lesbianism?
you don't even know the basic meaning of what you are writing on,

Proudlyngwa I am not in support of nor am I against homosexuality or bisexuality because I do not understand it, I do not understand how some one can have romantic or sexual feelings for the same sex therefore I cannot condemn what I do not understand, I cannot tell them to change because I do not even understand what they feel in the first place.

However what I am against is these hate attacks on homosexuals and bisexuals simply because they are so, these hate filled speeches of they are evil, or they deserve to be killed is not acceptable in the least, and should never be, neither do I support statements like deserve to be in prison when they have not committed any crime at all, This is what i am completely against.

You know there are things you can learn from other countries. This wouldn't have happened in Nigeria. We haven't even gotten to the stage where anybody can contemplate a 'motion of vote of no confidence.' against a President. This is the 8th time Zuma has been subjected to such a vote. It's important we follow what happens in other climes in terms of maturity of democracy and see what we can learn.
very true, it's necessary to learn, but do we ever

Please may i know if you are Nigerian? I always thought you were south African,
Celebrities › Re: 'Homosexuality Is A Sin' - S-Dot Replies MI Abaga by Daeylar(f): 4:48pm On Aug 08, 2017
LifeIsGuhd:
No one is ignoring biblical opinion here.
My issue with all of this is that: people scream at homosexuality being a sin but celebrate babymamas.
If we are going by biblical opinion... we should condemn both.
They like to pick and choose the part of the bible they want to obey, and pretend as if the part that indicts them does not exist, grin grin

They see that adultery is a sin but yet some men agree and think it is right for a man to cheat on his wife, some women cheat on their husbands without second thoughts,

fornication is a sin, but yet I can't marry a guy or girl that I have not tested is the order of the day among some, having sex in relationships is normal, virginity for both boys and girls is seen as weird, isn't that fornication? grin is it no longer a sin?

Isn't the bible against adultery, fornication and homosexuality? Why is there no 14 year law on fornication and adultery? grin

but no, it's only when it comes to homosexuality that they have power, people who lie, cheat, steal, commit jungle justice will still open their mouths and quote the bible when condemning homosexuality

I don't really understand homosexuality or bisexuality but the hypocrisy involved in it's condemnation is just too funny, That's when everybody becomes a pastor grin

Abeg let me laugh grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
