Some people on this thread are just vile, throwing insults anyhow . For real why do you need to call someone a fool all because, you don’t agree with the persons opinion. As humans, we need to learn to behave better. |
Sugahylz:You people should try and listen with an open mind and stop posting a different story from what the housemates are saying. She was in no way condemning Mike, she said he was a quiet person in the first two weeks but now he seems to be having much fun and laughs a lot, which she likes. |

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have reacted to to the resignation of Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike from the national team, saying they are yet to receive any official communication from him. Emenike chose to announce his retirement from the national team via Instagram saying “No more Eagles career! After five great years, I am happy to announce that I have put full-stop to my national team career for the sake of national peace.” "I just heard of it but there is no official confirmation from the player in question, so for us it is mere speculation. However, I also agree that it is the right of any player to play or not to. Our concern as a federation is how to build a formidable team for Nigeria." Sanusi who refused to draw comparison with the recent retirement of goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama added that the NFF will not discuss issues of players and coaches in the media http://dayosports..com/2015/10/nff-reacts-to-emenike-retirement-from.html |
Yesterday's Champions League match between Atleti and Benfica was stopped for several minutes after Benfica fans, located in the first and second upper tiers of the North Stand, threw flares. Benfica fans threw the objects after Argentinean Gaitán scored Benfica’s opening goal, to level the match at 1-1 in the 36th minute. Some of the flares failed to reach the pitch and fell onto the seats in the lower tier. One of them fell onto the seat of a two year old Atleti fan, who was lucky not to be injured. Some fans however did have to be treated for mild burns. In addition to the flares some fans were seen urinating and spitting onto the Atleti supporters in the lower section of the stand. Italian referee Gianluca Rocch waited several minutes to restart the game after the Benfica goal to allow the smoke from the flares to clear from the stands and ensure order had been restored. http://dayosports..com/2015/09/benfica-fans-throw-flares-urinate-and.html

Chelsea's second goal against Arsenal on Saturday has been changed from an Eden Hazard goal to a Calum Chambers own goal. Hazard's shot late on which sealed a 2-0 win for the Blues was seemingly heading wide when Chambers inadvertently deflected home, but it was initially credited as the Belgian's first goal of the season. However, the Premier League announced this afternoon that, after review, the goal has officially gone down as a Chambers OG. It means that Chambers has scored own goals in back-to-back games after shooting into his own net in the Capital One Cup third-round victory against North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur last night. Too bad for both players, Hazard yet to have his first goal of the season and Chambers having another own goal to his name. http://dayosports..com/2015/09/eden-hazard-first-goal-of-season.html |

Floyd Mayweather Jr retains his WBC and WBA welterweight titles with victory over Andre Berto on a unanimous points decision to extend his unbeaten record to 49 matches. The 38-year-old was in imperious form in the contest and secured the win on an overwhelming majority from all three judges to move level with legend Rocky Marciano to post a record of 49-0. Mayweather started the fight with confidence as he used his jab early to knock the 32-year-old out of his rhythm and staved off his attempts to get into close quarters by using his agile footwork. The defending champion began to frustrate Berto with his speed and then provided a quick shot to the midsection before retreating to avoid the furious swipes of the Florida-born fighter. Mayweather's speed proved to be too much for the 32-year-old to handle as he failed to land a telling blow as the defending champion continued to punish him with his jab. http://dayosports..com/2015/09/breaking-news-floyd-mayweather-beats.html

Manchester City match-winner Kelechi Iheanacho couldn't help but express how happy he his after scoring the winning goal for his side in their game against Crystal Palace. The 18-year-old scored the only goal of the game in injury-time within 54 seconds of coming on as a substitute against Crystal Palace on Saturday to secure City's fifth win from five games this season. "It means so much to me [to score]. I am happy and very grateful and I thank the manager for introducing me. The fans went crazy when I scored. We are all happy. I will try to do my best in in training and in games if I am introduced. I am hoping to do great for the team. We are much stronger this season with quality players. We are going to go all the way," Iheanacho told the club website. So happy for him, and hope he surpasses his predecessors at Premier League....won't mention names http://dayosports..com/2015/09/kelechi-iheanacho-delighted-with-his.html |
At last Manchester United got what they wanted. Goalkeeper David de Gea has signed a new four-year contract with Manchester United, the club announced. Just 10 days ago the 24-year-old looked to be on the verge of joining Spanish giants Real Madrid, but the deal fell through at the last minute when the relevant paperwork was not completed in time. Now, De Gea, who has been left out of United's six games of the season so far, claimed that he wants to put a difficult summer behind him. "I am delighted to be starting this new chapter in my United career. I have always enjoyed playing with these great players in front of our fantastic fans. Manchester United is a special club and Old Trafford is an ideal place for me to continue to develop my career. I'm looking forward to putting a difficult summer behind me and concentrating on working hard to improve and help my teammates to be successful," De Gea told the club's official website. De Gea is likely to return to the starting lineup this weekend when United take on arch rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford. http://dayosports..com/2015/09/finally-david-de-gea-signs-new-four.html |
