How can they facilitate export? Make means of production cheaper. Work on power, fix the ports and ease movement of goods out of Nigeria, create storage facilities for farmers across Nigeria. Bountiful agricultural products can be exported easily.
Invest massively in education and training as well.
Extend railways to all Nigerians. Goods and services can flow to and fro from ports.
Recruit more people into the forces and pay them handsomely with augmented training.
If they aren’t paid handsomely, they would collect bribes and join lucrative criminal activities like kidnapping and banditry.

I've always been an advocate for the outright ban on the flamboyant burial traditions we have down South, so I consider this to be a good move in the right direction.

We waste too much money on the dead, only to later leave the relatives of the deceased in squalor. It's an outdated practice that should be abolished. Why waste millions burying a person when those resources can be put to better use?!

Burial expenses should be kept as minimal as possible. Ostentatious displays does not do the dead any good and only burdens the living financially and emotionally. Of what use is borrowing money to showoff during burial? To please who?

Plus it's just gross disrespect, abuse of the dead, and also prolonging of the grief of the living to keep dead bodies without burial.

Grief should keep shortened anyhow possible, and not to be prolonged.
