It doesn't get stuck. It just shows the Redmi and goes off. If it gets stuck, would have let the battery drain. Does same when plugged. Just switch on to show it's plugged and still go off and on like that

Well I'm in a version lower than that, in fact the stock ROM, but I haven't had any issues using the phone, I think it should be almost 3 years of usage now for me..

Try changing the battery, if that doesn't work, dry letting the batter drain, or force restarting it while putting it in charge...

Phone hasn't given me issues before. And it's not like I did any update recently. How can the battery drain when it was on 97% before going off, as for force restart, I'm exhausted 😮‍💨
