AUGUST 12, 2013: In Balad, Iraq, 16 people at a crowded cafe were torn to shreds by an attacker wearing a suicide vest.

AUGUST 12, 2013: In Muqdadiyah, Iraq, children were among the casualties of a terrorist bomb blast at a playground and football field.

AUGUST 11, 2013: In Ngom, Nigeria, at least a dozen villagers were massacred by Boko Haram terrorists.

AUGUST 11, 2013: In Uruzgan, Afghanistan, three women and a child were among the five civilians exterminated by Taliban bombers.

AUGUST 11, 2013: In Karachi, Pakistan, a 12-year-old girl was among the Shiites shot to death on the basis of their sectarian status.

AUGUST 10, 2013: In Madaen, Iraq, fundamentalists detonated a bomb at a video arcade, killing an 8-year-old boy, among other casualties.

Consider the following statistics too and conduct your research to find out if the figures are correct:

In the first seven months of 2013, various persons and groups, all claiming allegiance to a certain religion, have carried out some 310 terror attacks and about 28 suicide bombings, leaving a trail of more than 1651 corpses and 3048 wounded persons around the world.
