I received d msg about d offer but it still says am not eligible for this offer each time I dial d code.. Pls How can I do it?

stevecrun: that's the drop-box process for renewal of non-immigrant visas.

You can simply apply online,print your renewal letter,pay the fee and drop the letter,passport,application confirmation sheet,passport photos&visa fee reciept at the appropriate DHL office in Abuja or Lagos...

sorry am just mentioning this...when I went to pick up my visa, I saw one small green paper in my passport and asked d dhl dude what it is for..he said once d visa expires, u don't need to visit d embassy in person, just pay ur visa fee.. send in your passport and other required documents to the embassy... please How true is that?

yeah...I wanted northeastern.. but my mom told me to go 4 Cameron like that.. she said it will reduce cost of living for both of us and less expenses...reasoned it out with her and decided to go on with Cameron

yeah...the consular said my visa was processed for Cameron university.. she asked for both i-20...my sevis receipt.. admission letter.. she went through it and asked me which university I will like to attend...I told her Cameron ..she went through d i-20 again and told me 2 discard my northeastern i-20 and present my Cameron i-20 @ d port of entry...congratulations.. enjoy ur stay in America!

just got back from the embassy...issue sorted out.. I was told I can now travel with the visa..as long as I have Cameron i-20 and my other required stuffs...I won't have any problem

just mail ur school and explain everything to them...they will give u a letter which u will present @ the point of entry if they ask u questions about it... my sis did d same back in 2012...she couldn't resume due to personal family issues and the school gave her an extension letter which she presented @ d point of entry...ur school might b different.. but just try

juntod: Were you expecting them to tell her to go ahead to a school which she wasn't interviewed for? Don't forget my first advice was that she contacts the consulate because I don't know if DS-160 is checked at POE. I insisted there was no harm in contacting the consulate. I further advised her to go ahead if she doesn't mind attending the school on her visa cos the visa maybe revoked and re issued for the new school with or without a new interview. If she didn't report herself, there would have been no problem as well.

guys..please I just got an email from the embassy stating I should visit the consulate on either Monday or Wednesday by noon with northeastern i-20 and my passport with other documents... will they reschedule another interview or just issue another visa.. am scared
