A Nigerian young man has been left shell-shocked after he was sent pictures of another guy who looks exactly like him - his doppelganger. The shocked guy identified as Clement Da Saint, took to his Facebook account to reveal how scare he became after seeing the photos of the other young Nigerian man, Ranking Azed who is based in Milan, Italy....

He wrote; Someone just sent me this photo that me and this guy are look Alike.. Ranking Azed...This is really Scaring..... Am Surprised.. Let me call my mother and Ask o..

His friends and colleagues on Facebook have also reacted to this - as they also concurred that the other guy looks exactly like him. Online users also joked that he should ask his parents whether any "uncommon" thing happened back in the day.

This is nice. Congratulations are in order for Jamila Malafa who has been promoted to the rank of Commodore by the Nigerian Navy, equivalent to the Army rank Brigadier-General. According to reports, Navy Commodore Jamila Malafa is the first female general from Northern Nigeria...She is the first female of Northern extraction to become a one-star general.

The Chief of Policy and Plans (COPP), Navy Headquarters Abuja, Rear Admiral Henry Babalola said it is a thing of pride to attained the rank of Commodore in the Navy, adding that there are a few women that have achieved such height.

He noted that going by her resume the Nigerian Navy exposed her to a lot of courses and training during her career, capping it up with the prestigious MNI.

Commodore Malafa noted that she is the first female of northern extraction to be promoted to the rank of general in the Navy.

She said the promotion inspires her to be more loyal and dedicated in her duties to the Navy and Nigeria.

Commodore Jamila Malafa was born in 1965 in Gombi Local Government Area of Adamawa state.She joined the Nigerian Navy in 1988 and was Commissioned as midshipman in 1990.

A man identified as Manko Abubakar, an electronic repair man with shop beside old Bomas Supermarket in Minna, Niger state - was allegedly hit by the police on his head with a stick during a fracas on Thursday.

According to reports, the man heard people making noise outside his house which is very close to his shop. As he made an effort to open the door, a policeman allegedly hit him on the head with a big stick and soon gun shots were fired into his house which luckily passed through the door and hit the ceiling.

The Police were said to have gone to the area to stop a fight which happened near Obasanjo complex before the victim's alleged attack...

The victim's case is being handled by Barrister Mahmud Dlaw who has promised to get the end of the matter.

A 25-year-old lady, Kaka Eva-Offiah who was recently Called to Bar has shared her story how she was inspired by her mother 23 years ago as she was the then Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General Enugu State. The excited young lady whose name was announced by her mother during her Call to Bar - took to her social media page to share the lovely story...

23years ago, my mother, then Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General Enugu State, drove to court early one morning. She didn’t realize that a tiny 2year old was crouched down behind the driver’s seat, clad in her pjs and soggy nappies. You see, I’ve been said to be very attached to my Mommybear.

And I couldn’t understand why she had to leave me every morning. She mostly let me go out with her except in the mornings, but that day, I wasn’t having it. I crawled into the car while it was being cleaned and hid in there(I still wonder how she didn’t see me). My unsuspecting mother got to the Court of Appeal, and hurried in. I waited in the car for what seemed like forever, still crouched down in my hiding position. After realizing that my plan wasn’t working out as I thought it would, I opened the door and got out of the car.

The court building was huge. Little me in my now heavy nappies and onesie pjs ran into the nearest entrance screaming “Moommmmmy” at the top of my voice. I didn’t know where to look. Some kind people(then enemies trying to keep me away from my beloved mother) tried to hold me and help me find my mom, I scratched at them and escaped. I kept screaming for my Mommybear and wandering around the building.

She must have heard me cause next thing, a shocked looking Mommybear dashed out of some nearby court room. Ah. The way I ran to her. She was still in shock as she picked me up and my then dripping nappies stained her court gown. She soothed me and carried me back into the courtroom with her. She must have gone to get an adjournment because....

Today, less than 24hours after my call, I appeared in court with my Mommybear. Not as a howling 2year old in soggy nappies, but as her colleague, robed in a wig and a gown.

I had the rare privilege of having my first appearance in court less than 24hours after my call at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and the rare privilege of being announced in court by the first female SAN of the South-Eastern Region, former Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Enugu State, former NBA Chairman and Body of Bencher,but most importantly, my Mommybear”

Some sets of high speed trains said to be among the fastest in Africa - have arrived Nigeria. The trains were received recently at Lagos Port, months after some Nigerian delegates inspected the rail coaches in Nanjing, China . The rail coaches were inspected on September 12.

According to reports, the 10 standard-gauge trains were ordered by Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) in May this year. They have adopted Chinese standards, and will be the fastest trains running in Africa, with a design speed of 160 km/h. Operation speed could be as high as 150 km/h.

The China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC) Nanjing Puzhen has finished 10 orders for six African countries so far, including Nigeria, Sudan, Cameron, and Kenya.

The body of Igwe Henry Ekwueme: Eze Ndi Igbo in China arrived Murtala Mohamad International Airport, Lagos this afternoon. The corpse was received by family, friends and colleagues as it landed at the airport. According to reports, Igwe Henry suffered a stroke and had been in a coma few days before his death in the early hours of Wednesday, March 8th 2017.

The businessman and philanthropist hailed from Adazi Ani in Aniocha Local Government Area of Anambra State and was reportedly building a house before he died.

A lady was publicly disgraced and humiliated after she was caught stealing money from a man’s pocket in tricycle popularly known as 'Keke Napep' along Enugu road by Abiriba Street in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia state. The troubled lady was nabbed in the early hours of today, 14 of December, 2017.

According to reports, the lady allegedly confessed that she has been in the business for past 2 years and she started pick-pocketing when she was at Onitsha area of Anambra state before coming down to Abia state.

After being beaten mercilessly by an angry mob, the woman was handed over to policemen from CPS Umuahia for a proper investigation.

A young man identified as Jude Chukwuemeka Icon is filled with joy after surviving a motor accident in Ebonyi state. According to him, he and his sister were travelling back from Ebonyi state university before their bus had an accident and somersaulted mulitple times as they landed in a bush along a road in Abakaliki, the state capital.

He and other passengers came out of the crash alive without even a single injury.

Coming back from EBSU, along Abakaliki in ebonyi state road our bus (Peace Mass to be precise) had an accident and somersaulted. But our God was #ABLE. None was wounded nor died including the driver. I and my sister in that bus were #ALIVE.

The Igbos in China have paid their last respects to Igwe Henry Ekwueme, Eze Ndi Igbo na China who died in Guangzhou region some months ago. His corpse which has been packaged - will be received in Lagos tomorrow.

According to reports, Igwe Henry suffered a stroke and had been in a coma few days before his death in the early hours of Wednesday, March 8th 2017.
