I have followed the case of apst SULEIMAN to an extent on this forum. That of Pst IBIYOMIE I never knew till kemi was arrested. Then I came to notice humans especially Nigerians are insatiable.
When the case of AJS came I heard and read people crying and screaming on this forum "crucify him! Fake pastor. My tithe. My offering. Olosho MOG" etc names that I can't mention here. So many said he should come and clear his name. Some never gave him room to do that and passed their judgements already without fair hearing. And I pitied the man. How can the Nigerian populace not believe in the Right of fair hearing again. Then I kept reading and checking updates. Any move he makes, comes with a fling of Boulder from their sling. He the Goliath and they the David.
Then another pastor, not wanting to be rubbished like his colleague, went straight to court to clear his name. Let the woman present her proofs to the court. Let his face be redeemed. Let him be heard and the woman be heard too. All of a sudden Nigerians turned Jesus preaching forgiveness. Yet You hailed the woman when she wrote the image tarnishing writeups . The other day, A woman wrote on fb that she refused to drop her offering when she remembered the stories published by one of these media crews about pastors.
So I ask should pastors seat back and watch their images tarnished irreparably or make efforts to make them stop further mess of their lives and ministry?
Nigerians, u guys should answer me because your confusing reactions to these matters arising from above is confusing me too.

I use a BlackBerry Q10 for my browsing and glo network for my subscription. Sometime last year, I saw an advert here on nairaland on cheap data rates. I took the guy's number and called. He confirmed the rates are correct as advertised. #1500 for 4gig etc. I didn't bother patronising him since glo is far cheaper. 1k for 3g. Later in Feb, this year I lost my glo sim. I started using mtn for browsing and buying data #1300 for 1gig. In 2wks d data wil b gone. It was becoming too much. Yesterday I remembered this guy I saw his advert here and called him. He sounds so real. To make me believe he was serious,he said he'd send d data while I send d money then he'd give me d pin to activate it. So he sent me a text that is titled "DateShare" and d body sounding like MTN. But it just looked like a bulk sms. Anyway I sent him d card #1500 mtn. Then I asked for my pin to activate it. He said I shd dial *460*my number*a pin of another #500 mtn card#. I did that nd I got a message saying system error. I have been calling ds guy and he keeps answering my calls. Telling me switch off phone do ds or that. I am tired of calling him. I kept trying d same system error keeps popping up. He said d message shd be "successful" then d pin. My airtime has finished since yesterday. Have I been scammed or is there really an error? Pls someone help. What should I do?

Coming back from. Chhurch this hot sunday afternoon, I met a crowd already gathering just close to my house. I saw some guys with matchete, sticks and small bottles of alomo and wraps of weed they were smoking. These guys were trying to drag another guy to come out from his compound,kicking and hitting him the sticks they were holding. What has this guy done to warrant this kind of beating and only a man was begging on his behalf. I enquired from one of the onlookers, then I was told he bit his father yesterday and his friends heard about it and came to exonerate themselves that that was never their lifestyle.
After the beating, of course the father had to pacify the boys, they forced their friend to lie down and beg his father and mother publicly. He promised not to do such again. My usual peace-making self refuse to plead for the boy today. I'm sure he learnt the lesson of his life. (the man on sky blue shirt and brown shorts is his father.

Many of us are guilty of extracting a portion of the bible to justify our sin. Even when we claim the blessings of a verse we forget to consider the conditions attached to the promises. In fact, the blessings and promises of the bible does not go without "terms and conditions apply" as seen in commercials and promos.

I just got interest in baking. I'm yet to develop my skills in cake decorations. Was thinking enrolling in a catering school to learn. But last night I bumped into these youtube videos teaching me some things easily, what I would have gone to pay for.
That's y I need help on how to download youtube videos as I can't find "download" options in my browser.
I use a bbq10. Also, I use the BlackBerry browser or UCWEB if I want to browse or download files. Someone suggested opera mini,but it doesn't seem to work in my phone. After I downloading d OM app,it will stop opening after a week or so.
So Pls can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

"There is a village in Obudu - Cross River State called Ubang where Women speak a different language from Men! I don't know how it happens but a boy-child will naturally acquire the masculine language and a girl-child will naturally acquire the feminine language. Amazingly, they understand themselves. The two languages are mutually exclusive.
Yea, the first time I heard about this was when I was still in Secondary School in Cross River State from Blessing Akpanke- an indigene of the village. Fascinated by the discovery, I told blessing then that I think the Biblical 'Tower Of Babel' must have been there! I started suspecting that the Tower of Babel must have been somewhere in Cross River even before I heard about the Ubang people. If not, how else will you explain a state with nothing less then 200 languages? Seriously, in most parts Cross River, every village have their own lingua. I didn't say Local Government areas oo but villages and sometimes clans!
I've always been amused by the Multiple Language in the state and how some of my friends from there don't even know the meaning of their native names. When asked you get responses like, "I don't know, it's an ancient name" or "My name has no meaning, my parents just gave me the name". It's really funny.
Yesterday, I got talking with yet another person from Ubang and he told me more about the place. He told me about the amazing rocks and hills there. While driving down to the village, you get to a point where it looks like the road ends there as there's a huge rock right in front then all of a sudden the road descends around the rock and continues. I can't explain it well as I've not been there but I think it's really beautiful!
There's also another rock with a very heavy foot print on it. The foot print looks Super-Natural. You see, that is to confirm my 'Tower Of Babel' suspicions.
Obudu is a fascinating Place! Cross River at large is beautiful and richly endowed. It's so sad we don't get to scream about these places. The world deserve to know about places like these. Researches should be carried out on Ubang, Our media people should flaunt this beauty, Nollywood should make movie locations there and tell some of their stories. They are endangered like most of our natural gifts. Let's scream out how beautiful we are!"
