you need to ask this questions and answer yourself then you would know there is no need for anyone to investigate this people.

What do this FAI really do to get profit.
How would they arrange funds to sponsor anyone as they aint such a money making firm from the information on there website.
What is the total value of the FAI itself, have they so much money that they dont know where to invest such money and they think scholarship is it.
I hate this people so bleeping much, how would some faceless people be coming out with bogus idea on a daily basis to scam people Bleep. it sucks like hell i hate this people God. and some not so smart would havve fell for this am almost drawn to tears now

Bro this people are scam its as simple as that. I have taken my time to go through the site and a firm such as this that hands out scholarship to over 200 people and they wouldnt afford to pay for posting of the said scholarship package to the winner. they are utterly stupid to come up with such an idea mayb its our Nigerian brothers in Malaysia tryin to scam the mugus down here, dont get involved with them simple.

@ Ericko i hear u, but i tell for a fact there are less opportunities in LONDON now if you aint suck a skilled person, its very very squeezed up now so i really do not expect a smart person not trying outside London if your skills arent limited or such that ur skills aint in much demand outside London. And this is actually funny my friend said she has submited over 200 applications for customer service role and sales job she didnt even get called for interview, and i recall during the riot them kids that broke into comet, when interviewed they were going on about yea thats good for em, we submited cvs lots and lots of time to this idiots we didnt even get called up for interview so we need to take our share from em. I have friends changing job as it stands in the Northwest , Birmingham and lots more.

I Lived in Manchester and surrounding towns for 8 years, I lived in Leeds for 2 years, I also lived in London for 6 months all in all I wouldnt try living in London for whatever price it is, I dont know why almost every Nigerian wana settle in London, I have advised British born friends to try life outside London, they moved in with me for a while and i tell you they were grateful they made the move. I lived in a newly completed 2 bed appartment for just 500GBP a month in manchester and samething in Leeds, and I know this for a fact you would pay that amount for some very old house in London in a single room sharing all utilities with people. I love my privacy, space and peace and I hate knowing sometimes that I have to go to London to ever do anything. I hate London it Sucks modernised Idumota it is

if you came out clean you wont be banned but the chances are they will refuse very very likely. remember visa issuance is a priviledge not a right, if you are not to comfortable with it you could just apply to any good schengen country for you masters and dont waste you time with the UK when you get to any of the countries you know getting a UK visa is almost stress free. be very careful in this finger print age dont rush into doing anything silly. there are European countries whose standards are even much higher than the UK, but if UK isyou choice make sure you do not link anything that would call to mind on the previous application but i can assure you , your new date of birth and name is not suffice to link you to the other application. I am not sure if your parents name is enough to incriminate you wait for other members sugestion

at OP, I should tell you what you did wasnt the smartest and its wrong, i am not allowed to judge you under any circumstances we have all done some dodgy things in the past.its a good thing finger printing hasnt started in 2006 hence i would tell you dont even bother applying to the UK and should try other countries. I can tell you as far as the supporting documentation from the previous application would not show up in this new one as VIC was asking you about your parents details. If you know there wouldnt be a trace from the previous one in terms of documentaion then you will be good. there could be 10 of you sharing same name but it is almost or rather impossible for any two persons to share same name and same dob with anyone . So you can apply with chilling mind if you wont link any of the said documents that Vicjustice had listed and anymore from the previous one, dnt think of coming clean oo they wont give a shit about you coming clean as far as you are applying from Nigeria, if you were resident in the UK you could come clean to the UKBA they are a bit more subtle when you are in than a fresher.

@op, As Italy is a withing the schengen you can travel with italy permenent residence and stay upto 3 months withing schengen countries, you are not allowed to take up employment during this stay thus you cant convert your italy resindence to work permit in other eu countries. your italy permit doesnt permit you travel free to either the UK or Ireland you need to obtain visas for these countries albeit they are in the eu. you need to apply for work permit to work in any other eu countries

Yes they dont deserve any form respect atall but i am too trusting and i used to think some of those posts were genuine until you criticise them. u know under you as a co moderator I would just like to more sensible postings. people needs to understand this is not a place for agents adverts. it only deter mature people from making sensible contribution on threads. thus i suggest you should block any travel agent advert to avoid people posting abusive words on the forum. it should get more interesting and people should gain from travel expertise who wants to give advise on a free basis. I dont know how you spot scammers but its worked so far.

I wouldnt say am a fan of yours and neither am i an enemy. I would have liked if you were a bit calmed on your criticism towards the scammers to show respect for individual. I commend your effort in detering scammers on this forum. I would suggest as this is a travel section forum on NL it should be solely for sharing of travel experiences and for people who are ready to give free advise on Visas, who are not seeking to make money off their advise. I do not know if you have the right as a moderator to block any form of travel agency advert on here because people do not need them. if anyone needs a travel agent they know where to find them. they have offices in Ikeja and Ikoyi. its just my opinion if we stop seeing agency advert on here.

@ Juzme , It could well be successfully argued at the tribunal and if the judges arent sure it could be referred to the ECJ, if you were given permission to reside in that you should look after and EU citizen, how would you take care of financial responsibility if you wont get to work and support your EU citizen child. I am not saying its a legitimate right or not, so far my understanding of the TFEU and Directive 2004/38/EC I have not seen where its been promised in the Directives but the ECJ and the advocate general would take a cautious look at this as they have a good knowledge and have a better interpretation of the treaties. if it ever gets to the ECJ maybe 60% chance who knows. I would advice you seek legal advise from a lawyer who knows EU law in depth not some shallow minded ones whose aim are just money money
