@ omoedo, whatever your intentions are and whatever your excuses are for continuing in that relationship with the german lady, after knowing you do not really want to end up with her, I know most of people must have told you you are one lucky dude blah blah, do not think am a saint I have done some pretty bad stuff in the past and if am advising you right now thats because I've had experience dude. i have made several attempt to quit the relationship but yet no way the family calls me every day to check on me and the whole of her friends in germany knows am dating her Please you dont have to lie about the above, if you wanted to end the relationship you would have changed your phone numbers and avoid using your email for few months, your 9ja girl friend that knows about this relationship with the german lady says a lot, you want to use the girl as a means to get in the EU its a marriage of convenience as harsh as it may sound. Please if you do not want this lady stay clear and if you fancy your chances in the EU along with her i suggest you leave your 9ja girl, and stick with this girl alone, but if you are planning to use her to get into the EU and then break her heart or cheat on her well only God can forgive you, and when you finally might have thought you have risen to the top dont be surprised when your past shall revisit you. now i ask is it only through court wedding that she can show to the immigration in germany that we are married,No, its not the only means she can show you are legally married, church also would suffice, i do not know about the muslim (nikkai) pardon my spelling am not sure how it's been spelt. And you have to gain considerable knowledge of German language before you can even think of getting a visa. now here comes the wahala i so loved my nija girlfriend and wish to marry her, but what can i do because the white lady insist i marry her, so she can have a document to show we are married, No we are not idiots on this forum, no girl can force you to marry them , In all, if you have planned to simply use this lady to get into the EU please desist from such act, and if you think getting into Europe is a priority to your present circumstances leave your 9ja girl and stick with this white girl alone and learn to accept her the way she is and her culture and everything that matters to her. Then you can be justified even in your heart. Goodluck |
why not visit one of the NORDIC embassys in Abuja and check requirements. I think Norway or sweden process visa apps on denmarks behalf, then if their is something you are not sure of after you must have enquired from these embassies you can then come and ask questions, and why are you leaving your email dude? for scammers to contact you or what? not sure why you expect a genuine person who wants to give you an advise to go through the stress of emailing you. |
@ llbhuds, the resentment towards Nigerians is growing by the hour, especially in Ireland they seems to have a national hatred towards us, who can blame them ? |
Trust me this is gona be a new arguements for Nigerians abroad to falsely claim asylum, making false application for asylum, wastes the country's tax payers money if at the end the applicant ended up not getting their claims approved. This continued attitude angrys the citizens of these countries and further contribute to their hatred towards black ( Nigerians) in particular. Our image has been seriously marred. I cant wait for Nigeria to get better so we can rebrand this once great nation |
@ JW, yes but fact is ugly, not until one day genuine people will be denied outrightly, priviledge to family reunion because they feel the marriage is sham, then they will realise the damage some of our people had done is the past obviously its gona come back and hunt genuine people its a fact |
Yes I know almost all non eu are involved in this sham thing, but lets face it SHAM MARRIAGE IS BAD. nigerians masterminds talk about this crime as if it were legal to commit this crime , if it were just a handful that's practising it maybe that would have been better, its all over Nigerians, they have this ideology registered in their brain that, the only way to get documented is through sham marriage. it sucks, its only detering genuine couples their rights. And atleast if Nigerians must do this sham thing we can do it in a more dignified way other than abusing everything, everywhere we go, it does nothing than blacklist this country makes everyone look down on us. |
GIGGLES!! well that's funny because she wouldnt in as much as its the right/smart thing to do , but in the world of sham, they are both lucky they aint behind bars already. I think the OP should stay clear of this lady before he by himself hands over himself to the immigration |
@JW, yes he didnt reveal any of those, but i assume if the marriage was busted or had been discovered to be sham already then I suspect the marriage would be void ab initio, and this would put the op in a very bad position if he went ahead with the marriage because he will face serious scrutiny in the hands of the INIS who in the first place doesn't like Nigerians. I hope am wrong i suspect the lady is just heading into another sham with our brother. SHAM marriage is not a good thing |
Yes at kenny, but in agreement with Irish law his lady must be resident in latvia then the divorce will be accepted as legal in Ireland. As is stands, the lady lives in Ireland, so that is not possible in that sense |
@27naira, I concur with your above comment, absolutely on point |
@ Sagamite, Would you desist from abusive comments, I believe you can debate this thread without having to resort to using offensive language, your continued degrading comments towards other forumers does not depict you as being smarter rather does it make your views different from theirs giving the fact that you have acclaimed yourself to be an intelligent individual. I know quite few intelligent people and they will not express their opinions in a discourteous way like you have been doing on this thread. you seems to enjoy too much freedom attacking people first even whilst you have not been attacked. Please refrain from such attitude and rain in a bit of decorum |
Before anything be aware I am not ignorant of the of the law attached to the status of foreign missions of countries. As much as I would like to rebuff the actions of the SA police force, unfortunately the Nigerian governments hasnt place herself in that position at all. Its funny quite seeing post from few Nigerians like rebuking the actions of another country's police on our foreign mission. A country whose government has repeatedly failed to recognise the constitutional rights of her citizens, a government that does not have any plan whatsoever for the citizenry, a government that has repeatedly abuse the rights of her citizen to basic living. Now a branch of this government has been abused by another country albeit forbidden under international law, I am all but happy to see it happen, only a lunatic would applaud the SA police if we have good governments in this country. The country is seen as ---0 on the international front, the leaders cannot effectively communicate in English, bunch of old fools who know nothing about politics yet bribe their way in to swindle the ordinary citizens of this country. And some of you are quik to take to NL to write about your knowledge about the Vienna diplomatic international law. I am more than happy to see them held hostage. Bunch of fools that has no knowledge about humanity and yet the citizens are happy to defend them when they have even failed to build an international reputation for themselves. If our diplomats could be treated in such way how worse would an ordinary Nigerian be treated |
@ emmatok, so it's good to compare ourselves with another corrupt country eh emmatok! seen your ideology isnt much different from the people at the rock then |
@ Justwise, yes u didnt see anywhere in my post siding with the SA police force, if the allegations are true, well its as bad as ransacking the embassy. I know they wouldn't try it even with Niger Republic. The ambassador must himself have left a bad legacy in the 1st place, if Nigeria interest had been earnestly protected in SA that wouldnt have happened. People are not talking about the allegation of bribe at all, in as much as its bad to storm our embassy and I would want this be resolved in a diplomatic way and to be well assured that there would not be a repeat under any circumstance , its technically invading our country, but nobody wonders how demeaning our status on the international front is atm for SA police to have deemed it right to technically invade this country. And I was urging the cashmentor person to have a civil discussion without throwing abuse when he wasnt even attacked in the 1st place |
@ Cashmentor, I know you are in love with your corrupt government and criminals in the foreign dept, but could you please learn how to have a civil discussion and drop your opinion without resorting to personal abuse and if you must to do that, could you learn how to spell HECK and not hect and you are free to always click the modify button if you notice mistake in your post |
@ OP, its possible, you can re-marry illegally. like the uk you its fairly easy to get the marriage done in the UK , say for example you want to marry in the UK in the church of england you do not need a certificate of no impediment or anything, the church just need to print notice i think for 28 days and see if anyone would come up with a reason why you should not be joined with your spouse. But its a criminal offence so why try it? its bigamy on her part and you could go down aswel conspiring to bigamy. do not get involve until you are sure the previous marriage is legally dissolved, conspiring to comit a crime attracts greater penalty than the actual crime dude. From your post it seems your lady is not in contact with her ex, in Ireland the law require both party to have lived apart for four out of the last 5 years, if you can prove that then that's the 1st step ahead, Secondly she has to serve a divorce paper on her ex and if he fails to respond to the notice it doesnt stop the divorce from proceeding in court. COPIED: Regardless of their reponse the divorce can proceed through the stages to the final Court Hearing stage at which point the decision to grant or deny the divorce will be made by a family law judge. If the respodent ignores the papers you will need to serve a 14 Day Warning Notice, Affidavit of Service of such notice and in some cases a Grounding Affidavit. If the repondent objects to the divorce on particular grounds, they then will be required to return the documentation within a particular time frame declaring the grounds under which they are contesting. Not all foreign divorces are recognised under Irish law. A foreign divorce will only be recognised in Ireland if at least one spouse was domiciled in the state that granted the divorce when the proceedings started. You may have to provide good evidence that this was the case and, therefore, that the divorce is valid under Irish law. Where the divorce comes within EU regulations, it is sufficient to confirm that both parties to the divorce were notified of the proceedings and had an opportunity to give evidence to the court which granted the divorce. Me: In cases like this, it is best to always seek a legal advise at all times, you cannot rely on our opinions on a public forum. google and see if there are cheap or rather free consultation lawyers and you can discuss your case with an experienced family law specialist. if anything becareful with your final decision dont rush and dont be too sluggish with it. Goodluck to you. |
Seriously there is no reason to stage protest accross Nigeria just for one reason i think, if the youths of now successfully oust the present, undemocratic leaders of Nigeria, who will then rule afterwards? sure its just another bunch of swindlers. actuality hasnt dawn on many of us yet to realise how ridiculously Nigerians are treated outside the Nigeria, the country has -00 international reputation, Imagine I departed a for a trip from another african state and transited in frankfurt with the citizens of the country, I was singled out and the numskull german lad did not feel fear to tell me it was because they have a strict security procedure for Nigerians because they have been known to frequently travel on fraud documents, well i really dont blame him. Anyone who thinks the country would get better is living a world of illusion, in reality it only would get worse. As much as I would love to disagree with some posters but the reality wont let me. Nigeria has turned Nigerians into bunch of desperados and they would do anything illegal to make a living in and outside the shores of the country. The situation in the country is as bad that I can confirm of all African countries I have been to Nigeria is the worse of them all. Yes we might be patriotic and everything but what i understand one of the principle of healthy living is to give and receive, Nigeria is not giving anything back to Her citizens. A protest will not work in Nigeria because it would be another chance for a new set of low-lifers to cheat the people again I'd rather die than cheat Nigerians of their tax money and natural blessings but to some its their right to rub Nigerians |

So this is still ongoing, a couple of sayings spring to mind seeing this thread. one born every minute.--------------------- words fail me =========================== |
Sorry to say this is just as ridiculous as it can get, damn! mature people like this craving about slang learned in the western country? Now can we please find something to keep us busy? |
dont be such a whining little boy , justwise cant help you on this , I cant help you with what you might want, follow the advice given to you secretly by the immigration officer, you might wana ask the embassy that issued you the visa before taking any action. If you post any silly message asking for help again am gona take it you are just seeking attention. Now sort yourself out |
@ JUSTWISE, You really think they have record in this 9ja? the immigration system is like a central monitor in a typical cyber cafe |
@toppycateg, did the agent not tell you before puting the fake stamp on your passport? he must have talked to you about it and it seems you endorsed it. You people need to stop all this crime attitude man you need to stop and act responsibly in your dealings. you can go to Abuja g declare the previous missing and get a new one and send your passport to the respective embassy to get another visa stamp. I know if you by any chance scape through this it would not deter you from making similar moves. |
Sirniyeh Today at 04:39:25 PM Boogee, thanks for the correction. But you disappointed your self. So you have heart to stone police. You could have attacked the robbers with you stone. Why blaming the police? Who wants to die? No one. Lets say the truth. These robbers came from somewhere in car loaded with armutions, passed through many checking points, and yet not stopped before arrived your campus. Nawa for nigeria security. Who is to blame? Naija economyHow wrong can you be? do you work? do pay pay tax in anyway? do you realise the police are paid from the public purse which is down to the tax and the crude oil? so if we are getting taxed for people to provide us service shouldn't we have the right to set them on fire when they fail to deliver those services. with your thinking we are far from better |
@ Theomar, You know God is not human and he doesnt reason the way we do. But seriously am only staying strong I wish there was a situation when there were no promised implications for not trusting to believe and follow him, I would simply just forget it. Whenever my wife gets a break from work i always make sure i dont make any business plans towards that time, we would have had nice Holiday vacation planned already, then they will just call up and say its prayer time we need camping and thats so frustrating. I love God because I was raised by devoted xtian parents but they too have had challenges that i know of and its be going on for like 12 years and they would always rebuke me for not trusting enough. well I guess it isnt free afterall because now I wish i was alone and i never had to rely on God for problem solving but you just think about the consequencies and you need to carry on trusting . Does anyone knows if its a Sin not to have faith in him albeit you try to live as holy as you possibly can. Can not having faith in him be regarded as a sin? |
@ Joagbaje, I am not gona discredit your comment but I tell you, I might be younger than you are and the chances are that i am, You probably have not gone 1/3 of what have been through, fews years back i remember i used to talk like this: I have a key to God, there is a way i pray that he answers me. My brother its complete BS, when you see serious challenges in your life then you will know God is not the type that answers prrayer according to your will but as to His will and satisfaction. Brother I dont want to say anything against Alpha please dont get me going on. I got frustrated I had to ask him to atleast put me to rest he wouldnt even anwer that one aswel |
