I thought the 13% derivation was to compensate the oil producing states. The goose that lays the golden egg. I see no justification in giving part of it to the mining states unless it can be proven they contribute significantly to the purse. I also foresee another problem. Many states have solid minerals even in the north. This seems like a strategy to share 13% derivatives to states that were not even part of the idea. When solid minerals start generating revenue, they can take 13% of that. I thought Fayemi's job was to bring in FDI to make that sector viable?

plss do understand the point, they are not giving them 13% derivative out of oil revenue. This 13% will be coming from the revenue generated by states who mine solid minerals. so your oil is safe.... ok

A video purporting to reveal the secret headphone jack in the iPhone 7 has over 10 million views on YouTube. To get to the hidden headphone jack, according to the video, you’ll need to drill into the bottom of the phone while placing it snugly into a vice.
The video was produced by Traras Maksimuk, a California-based vlogger that ‘specializes in smashing technology for your pleasure.’ A quick glance at his other videos reveals titles like “what happens if you microwave an iPhone 7” and “can the iPhone 7 survive liquid nitrogen for five minutes” among other similarly-titled “do not try this at home” videos. All counted, Maksimuk has seven videos of him destroying the iPhone 7.
Apparently, that’s not enough to make people realize that maybe he’s not an authority on the iPhone, but a reputable source on how to destroy it.
The comment page has more than a few tales of horror that ensued after following Maksimuk’s advice. Some of them are trolling, as YouTuber’s — or internet users in general — do, but you’d have to assume there are at least a few gullible suckers in the bunch that destroyed their iPhone’s while trying to create a headphone jack out of thin air.

Nigerian Constitution leaves no room for referendum of any kind, instead of aggrieved parties (NDA, IPOB... ETC) to ask their representative (Which they voted) in both chambers of the NASS to push for a referendum in the Nigerian Constitution, thereby giving buhari no option but to conduct it, y'all resort to irrelevant protest and illogical bombing of oil installations, like a bunch of babies who's Candy was taken away.
Funny thing y'all keep shouting to UN for help, history has never favoured the aggressive asking for succession (I.E ETA in Spain) Hell even bakassi was resolved amicably. So instead of you all insulting Buhari for everything, forward your grievance to your representative to work on Constitutionally.

*The zoom from the comic doesn't have access to speed force
*Zoom is fast, fastest speedster infact due to the fact he utilises time by slowing down everything around him, thereby making him fast
