@justwise this is all I got yesterday..pls advice me..what do u think I should do. The eco didn't complain abt any of the document...he's not just satisfied..oga ooooO In order to be able to make a decision on wether or not to grant you entry clearance in this category I have taken into account your stated circumstances in Nigeria, the reasons for your visit and your proposed travel arrangements. You have declared that you are a student; supported by family members and that you have no family commitments or children to support. You also state that you propose to travel alont to visit your aunt in the uk and that you are relying on her to finance your visit. Given the statements you have made and the documentary evidence you have presented to support your application I am not satisfied that ur circumstances in Nigeria, coupled with your reasons for wishing to travel to the uk, are such that you have shown you have shown your intentions are as stated or that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit. I am therefore not satisfied that your application meets the requirement of paragraph 41(i) and (ii) of the immigration rules. This is all I submitted.... **Invitation letter from my auntie(auntie) in UK clearly stating his home address and telephone number, nature of relationship to applicant, purpose of the visit, etc. **Coloured copy of sponsor's biodata passport page. *Utility bills of the sponsor or applicants *Mortgage deeds of sponsor *Six months payslips of sponsor **letter from my sch stating that I'm a student **my own 6months bank statement **pictures taken with the sponsor during her last visit to nigeria. **emails shared btw myself and the sponsor from 2001 till date **other documents like sch reciepts, id cards, etc *sponsor's account statement |

God is truly the paramount eco. Nothing happens either good or bad without his consent. My mum has been given visa 3times without a bankstatement. I mean it. Thou they asked for it in her first application and she proved to them why she doesnt keep an account. She got her 2yrs visa twice without bankstatement. God skips protocols and procedures. Gbam! phemobay: believe it or not, GOD is d paramount ECO, some people wl not put 1 or more of d required documents and still get it, while some can put all and still not get it.... so God's favor determines it at times |

hello justwise, i once applied for uk visa 2010, i was refused because the eco believed i had already graduated from the university while i was still a student. i was refused dec 2010 and i graduated june 2011. though, i filed an appeal but im not sure it got there because nothing was heard from british high commission regarding the acceptance of my appeal. now, i want to do a fresh application in june. im currently having my post graduate diploma and im willing to get a letter from the universiy. i will be finishing the post graduate course in august. i want to know if the will issue the visa bearing in mind that i will be finishing very soon though i want to travel in july and come back. then, i want to include a lawyer's letter regarding to the mistake done on the last application and the let them know i have what it takes to be issued the visa....... my concern is that i will be finish august and i want to travel july. wont they say i will be finishing soon bearing in mind that it's a six month visa....thanks. waiting to read from you. |
