Its been 8 months now and I hope not to count further, very depressing, but I thank God for my Mum and my "younger" bro, that guy has been like an elder bro and a father to me, I can't really help but say it out, and I know there is no way i can ever pay him back because he has really done so much for me and he is so respectful, I so much thank God for him and I pray God to bless him beyond measures. My Mum too has been so good to me, even giving out my CV to people she don't even know. God bless her.
I thank God for his mercies and I know one day I will smile best.
PoliticsRe: Reasons Why Tinubu's Teeth Is Yellow And Its Possible Cure (see Picture) by Daluuzor(m): 12:08am On Oct 26, 2014
Tetracycline has been implicated as the main cause of permanent discoloration of teeth in humans. when this drug is administered to babies between 0-6 years, it colours their teeth ie leaving stains on their teeth. Maybe Oga at the top got the medication when he was much younger then coupled with some debauchery lifestyle.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Share Your Experience After You Lost Out In An Interview by Daluuzor(m): 11:23am On Oct 15, 2014
Op, I had similar experience with a coy at ilupeju, though I reside in ikorodu.
I was invited for a test and right after the test we were asked to wait as the successful ones will be interviewed immediately. later, some people were called and asked to leave (probably they didn't do well in the test, and so it appeared). The remaining few were asked to wait for interview. It got to my turn, the interview was going fine until the MD looked at my address and was like, you stay at ikorodu? its very far oo, how long did it take you to get to this place? I replied that I got to the firm early enough, I was even the first to arrive. after every every shaa, I heard the "we would get back to you" slogan.
my brother, I never hear frm them oo, and its a month now.

9ice one Op.
Always go to an interview with a spirit of sportsmanship, in that way, you will be relaxed. Take deep breath at intervals, it helps relax your nerves.
in interview, it is either you win or you lose, so strive to win.

Tosadi: I was interviewed by a popular company and scaled thru to the final level where I was supposed to meet with the md but for his tight schedule (so they claimed on that fateful day), my appointment with him was postponed. In the words of the senior hr personnel, "I'o sorry for taking your time but as you can see, the md's really busy but we'll get back to you."
E don reach 3 months now o. I took the bull by the horns and mailed the hr manager. He replied after a day saying he thot they'd got back to me as the position has been filled.
Now, I keep asking myself where I got it all wrong. I felt like crying o but tears no gree come out instead I begin laugh. That kind painful laugh wey dey comot tears.
jeeezz!!! now this is very painful. "we would get back to you" and after the waiting, they gave the position out. So frustrating!!.
Well, I have mailed the coy and am still waitin for reply shaa.
I only trust in God.

NairaMode: Cool stuff.
You have a great mindset and I love your confidence.

Let me tell you something you may have noticed too.
After each exam or test in school, most people always know the possible outcome of the examination... I do too.

After each interview, we always know if we performed excellently or not trust me. We will always know.
Sometimes some people just use faith while some people just deceive themselves that they did well.
All in all we always know.

The twist however is that HR is a very tricky job. Sometimes they are not looking for a candidate who performed well.
Performing well is a pass mark and a must actually but sometimes some managers are looking for the following:

1) Someone who is teachable.
2) Someone who can take office boredom away by his or her humor.
3) Sometimes even-though you performed well they simply want someone who is tall or who can use excel.
4) Sometimes they want someone who has key experience.
5) Most times they want people who are plain smart (Most times)

So if you believe you performed excellently well, kindly place a call to the HR or send a warm email requesting for a feedback. You will get it.
Thank you very much @NairaMode, I really appreciate your kind gestures. I just sent an email to the company so am keeping my fingers crossed.
Once again, a very big thanks to you.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: "We Would Get Back To You" Employers. by Daluuzor(op): 4:01pm On Sep 24, 2014
@NairaMode
thanks for your warm response, it's really encouraging.
I went for a test on 15th of September, 2014, and immediately after the test we were asked to wait because the successful ones will be interviewed immediately, so we waited.
After some hours, everything seems like the Gulder Ultimate Search programme as some candidates who sat for the test were evicted one after the other.
Oboy!!! see tension!!
To cut the story short, the few that were left behind after the eviction were interviewed, after I was interviewed, I got the "we will get back to you" slogan, and am yet to hear from them, I believe I did well in the interview stage. Although am not putting all my eggs in one basket, but I think I will write them as I would love working with the company.
Jobs/Vacancies"We Would Get Back To You" Employers. by Daluuzor(op): 10:03am On Sep 24, 2014
Why do employers use the phrase "we would get back to you" after an interview, yet they fail to get back at the candidate. These employers are fraudstars and need to be probed asap! Sometimes candidates will have to wait for days, weeks or months without hearing from the supposed employers on the outcome of the interview.
I think the outcome of an interview should be communicated to the interviewee to prevent HBP.
Share your opinion please.

Joy83: My guy, how far nau!
Not harsh, you didn't tell the reason why you need job, maybe for a little time or for a living.
Since majority will be after going to the university which is the best option. Though, due to financial constraint, you may want to consider job for now.
In all, your education is a paramount thing as a man as things are going in Nigeria.
lol, it is evident that the young boy just finished high school, so rather than waste away at home, he decides to engage in something that will fetch him some cash in order to keep body, soul and spirit together. I respect his guts.
I see the angle where you are coming from, a lot of graduates with degrees are out there looking for job and he decides to compete with them with his SSCE result, there are a lot of jobs out there for him.
@Op, when you turn the right stone you will see the worm, most factories will employ you as a factory worker in terms of packaging, loading, offloading, cleaner and errand boy. keep searching, the Lord is your strength.
