Show me a graduate without skills and competences and I will point at someone who lacks self motivation, self evaluation and ambition. Getting a job as a graduate without connection or favoritism is not easy but its very very possible. Just don't be like the crowd. When others are sending CV online and job hunting online, you do a walk in. Your cV should be tooshed to taste though, cos u need to impress to get called. U sometimes ould get interviewed alone for a single position. How you perform at d interview in relation to the job matters a lot.

will a CV without job experience get you a job? what about the age factor? what about your location? my brother, from my months of experience looking for job, your CV does little or no good, what matters are; God factor, Godfatherism "who do you know, long leg" experience, bla bla blah.

They just try to make extra cash with it, sometimes, they will not give you the wire back even as you have paid.

even when they return the wires, it won't be the one they took, they will return inferior wires that will melt in one week and you will end up getting another one. So I'd rather not allow them leave with the wires.

I don't think they have the right to take your wires, although in some part of the country, they do take the wires, such as is seen in Benin, but in Lagos, they just disconnect from the main pole and leave your wires on the ground, but due to their cupidity, they forcefully collect the wires to make extra cash from it by selling to a potential buyer.
They are no longer under the federal government, though indirectly, but, I don't think they have the right to collect your wires if you bought the wires yourself.

yeah sure, but I quit once my battery level is below 40%, in order to give room for emergencies/unforseen circumstances.

Trust me bro, your battery is fake! the battery my HTC velocity came with is crap, charges for 6hrs, but I only use it for 20mins before it drains out. I had to get another battery, original.
it takes 3hrs for my battery to be fully charged from zero level and it lasts quite long, I can even watch 2 movies with it. Except when am "pinging" and surfing the net, that is when my battery dissipates.
On gaming, am not really the game type although I love car racing, but some game hangs, such as samurai and Pes14. I really enjoy the phone in reading novels, watching movies, playing chess, taking quality pictures and surfing the net.

I so much believe in laying the cards on the table ab initio, in order to give room for understanding. Now, understanding matters a lot, and I see no understanding/rapport between the employer and the employees.

Take for instance, The employer made mention of staffs coming to work on Saturday, which was different from the initial agreement as claimed by the employees, but failed to tell the house if there were some sort of compensation attached to the extra working period, taking into cognizance the importance of weekends to employee.

The employer made mention of employees being paid according to achievable targets, if this is in mutual agreement, I see no reasons laying them off just for not coming to work on a said weekend as the money they earn depends on their output. Apologies though.

The company will grow, but a tree can never make a forest. It takes understanding, teamwork, unity and commitment to achieve maximum output.
Its not easy to be an employer of labour most especially in our present day Nigeria but let there be equity as to how we treat one another.
