Bro your response was based on an assertion not based on somebody that is willing to learn or perhaps Argue. I have satisfied my conscience by replying the op@naxee9294 Regarding the CBP and VO stuff, I don’t want to share personal experiences of ppl with you because you have decided to go the way of ppl who know nothing but feel they know all. Stay Safe bro fkj950ax: The attached image is my response to you along with someone who has started that he has a B1/B2 and will proceed with AOS for F1 after crossing.
Will you be confident to tell the CBP officer at PoE you are intending to go ahead with AOS for F1, which you have misrepresented to the VO already?
This is my point of view. Don't use abusive language. State your points and if you have superior arguments, we will learn. If I have, we will learn. It's not a pissing contest about the size of your intelligence or lack of mine.
Everyone has immigration intent. I have stated mine. And how I am using my B1/B2 to get a valid immigration visa. |

naxee9294: thanks once again bro, i really appreciate this, that means i gotta extend my stay to another 6 month right? and can a friend of mine do that for me he is a citizen of the state. Yess...you have to fill two I-539 forms and do two biometrics. One for the change of status and the other for extension of stay( so that you will still be in status at the time your case is decided. The folks that change from other visa class like F2 etc usually don’t extend their stay. |

What abuse are you talking about that? Do you even know what you’re saying? Change of Status is 100% legit. What exactly is wrong with you Nigerians? The fact that you’re ignorant about a process don’t mean it doesn’t exist or people are not doing it every day. Other nationalities do it every day. Have you ever heard of change of intent? E.g you apply for B1/B2 for the purpose Visiting a relative after the visit you became amazed with the wonderful system of education in the country so you decided to gain admission in a school to get some feel of the education system before going back home? So I must come back to Nigeria to apply for F1 visa abi? Mtcheww Oyibo ppl don’t have the kind of sick mentality you Black ppl have. fkj950ax: This is the same abuse of the B1/B2 Visa system that USInNigeria uses in implementing stringent measures for others year in year. The intention is to go to the US and apply for F1 and not Business or Tourism purposes.
Why not apply for the F1 here?
I also have every intention of relocating to the US and I have used my B1/B2 to initiate groundworks to get an L1A visa. It's cheaper, faster, and a legal path to living in the US. |

naxee9294: thank you very much bro, but do i need to show them proof of fund. depending on your service center it will take a minimum of 5 months for approval. You are not allowed to work or school while waiting for approval so you are going to need a letter from a close relative who is a citizen or green card holder stating that you will be staying with them pending when it’s approved. |

Most of the persons saying invest in business crap are still getting stipend from their parents tensazangetsu20: Honestly this is what I don't seem to understand. They make it seem as if Nigeria is the only country In the world where one can start and run a successful business. Its much easier to build a successful business in the west or any other developing nation than this shithole. Access to capital, a rich populace that can buy your products and services. Many of them have never ran any business in their lives. I laugh when they make such bogus statements. |

You still don’t get the picture. You think it’s everybody that study in Canada that pays tuitions? He should zero his mind for Canada and start working on getting a Admission into a RESEARCH BASED MASTERS after his undergraduate. Xeeex: Ok fine I guess 8 million can pay for his fees and upkeep while he is schooling and sustain him while he is searching for employment.
Since, you decide to comment without researching about the immigration systems in some European countries that offers free education, then fine, I can't do that for you.
Let him go to Canada. |
Travel › Re: 8 Million In 9ja Or Canada? by Damian457: 9:06am On Oct 06, 2020 |
Xeeex: I'll advise him to study in a country with free education in Europe. People are asking about their language, sha not everything is for everyone. With 6 months, if he is there he will be good in whatever language the country is speaking.
Or he should go to Canada and pay fees for 2 years and money have finished.
It's up to him wisdom is principal thing. I see no logic in your analysis. You said he should go to school in Europe? What happens after schooling? I’m sure the primary aim of going abroad is to relocate? Most of those European countries don’t have a merit based immigration system. Spending that money to get a Canadian Education automatically qualifies him for a post graduation work permit that will culminate in getting a Canadian permanent residency |

Osinbajo is a weakling Mgbadike80: This is not the first time that Osinbajo would be banning SARS without any action to put it into effect. They would pipe low for some time for the heat to pass and they would go back to their evil ways. Nigeria should ban SARS completely and implement SWAT units made up of fresh recruits with well defined and strictly enforced rules of engagement. |

Facts because Nigerians are economic immigrants. A Nigerian applying for a non immigrant visa is assumed to have immigrants intent, the onus is on every applicant to prove the consulate wrong.
