If Op goes to Europe as a Student, he may eventually end up marrying the locals to get residency same with the US( except he studies a professional course). Thanks Damian457. That's what i thought too. Delta is scheduled to start in the coming week. I was able to book a delta flight for 14th of September. I'm just concerned about a previous post I read here saying only permanent residents and citizens are allowed entry,

permanent Residents and citizens are allowed to board Evacuation flights:

You do not need additional certificate because you have masters already. Your Msc will give you higher point, if you do well in IELTS you are good to go, so far u bare below 30yrs. Try to simulate your points using CIC calculator
