I can relate with what this Bro said. Bro I will advise you to take the best decision which will not affect you mentally. If you are going to leave the company make sure with no grudges or clash. Leave peacefully. The God that provided this one will provide another one for you. But My suggestion is that stay With in the Job and start looking for another opportunity if you are invited for interview go for it not regarding what will be the outcome of your company decision. |

idris85: I heard the cut off marks would be 50%. Though, I believe the overall performance will be a determining factor too. initially 50% could be the cut off mark but that will be subjected to the overall performance which can be increased to 60%. According to information I gathered 1.5k people were shortlisted. And the recruitment exercise is to employ casual workers which there is high tendency to convert them later. So let's be hopeful. Let's keep updating ourselves through this #trend. That's why created it not just for us only but those who will need the information in future. Thanks. |
