mine actually happened to my friend but i was the one who initiated it.

The accident happened right in my presence and unfortunately two lives was gone, thou one was on spot while the driver couldnt make it after few minutes thou I initiated CPR for him. The other woman who was severely traumatize with her left temporal bone choped off and massive bruises at her deltoid muscle, supraspinatus muscle, bicep brachi muscle and the abdomen made it and thou she was stuck under the bus that hitted them who now dragged her for about 10metres apart, infact i saw her at FMC today and am happy for her.
Am not just happy with the way Nigerians take pictures when they needed to help victims.
The car that caused the collision was the one that went to hit the other bus that parked near the road side.

A withlow is an infection caused by Herpes Simplex virus (HSV). There re two types of d herpes simplex virus wch re HSV-1 and HSV -2. HSV -1 is transmitted tru bodily infected wt d virus while HSV-2 is transmitted sexually. Whitlow affects d fingers or d toes. and it can be a serious infection if adequate care is not taken. Whitlow could be herpetic or melanotic.

CAUSES
- Aggressive nail biting (onycophagia)
- Manicure and pedicure treatment
- Trauma to d finger or toe dat leaves a cut
- HIV infected pple re easily prone to d infection
- Thumb sucking

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
- Formation of blisters
- Itchying
- Pain or discomfort
- Erythema
If its a serious one d ffg signs nd symptoms will b inclusive
- Red streak on d hand (lymphangitis)
- Enlarged lymph node at d armpit
- Fever

TREATMENT
- If its not serious, an antibiotics could be use
- d affected finger can be dipped into vinegar
- if its serious then an antiviral drug wil b prescribed to prevent its re-occurence nd in immunocompromised patient
- An analgesics and antypyrexia is given to reduce pain nd fever

PREVENTION
- Avoid excessive manicure and pedicure treatment
- Frequent hand washing
- Avoid touching d affected finger of someone dat is infected
- Avoid playing around cold sores.
