Very good observation!! As a defense lawyer I believe it is very easy to rope the supermarket with negligence of duty:
* Keeping such amount of filled gas cylinders in an enclosed place.
* Keeping no fire extinguisher in sight in case of a fire while testing a cylinder for purchase.
* Leaving such corner unmanned by a supermarket attendants.
* Posing a lot of risk to shoppers alike.
* Very slow response to CCTV footage.

I am not trying to insult you but as a defense lawyer that you are you should know that no one sells a cylinder with gas inside. Not even filling stations! As you can see from the video, the lighters had gas that triggered the fire. You need to read, research and learn more.

Any good lawyer will definitely be suing the supermarket or charge them with dangerous exposure.

Rebuke every sort of jazz they might be using to exploit you, inform all your family members to block them and you, your wife should block them off on all channels. They are all bunch of lazy ungrateful lots. Act first before they ruin you! I know of someone who traveled out and blocked everyone after two months due to the exploitation thing, most of them feel once you are out of the country then you are picking money on the floor.
