datz a big lie...ur file must be in d hospital record store,dey will ask 4 ur year and date of birth in-order to search 4 it,it has been grouped yearly..I av a fwend wu misplace is birth cert. and his mum is a nurse @ Adeoyo hosp.,he was referred to uch where he was born b4 he could av it back..so do proper finding's b4 sayin and quoting Nigeria 1999 constitution....#justsayin'
