Uber kwa? Biko, don't put someone's daughter in poverty. I will also leave you in the relationship if I found out that you're Uber driver. How much are you even making a day that you're bragging undecided.

You cannot deceive us with all these audio millions you're quoting up there, you better go and work hard. Is it Love she will eat in the relationship undecided? Haba!

God Abeg o!

"Put someone's daughter in poverty." Expressions like these come from poor girls who are looking for a messiah to take them out of it.

Is there something that says you can't make your own money? Are you so incapacitated that you can only depend on the money a man makes to make it in life?

Is marriage a poverty alleviation scheme for you or something?

The vouchers were given as stacks to students.

They were free vouchers which had a worth ascribed to them.

Of course, being the recidivist you are,you don't want to accept it because it defeats your cries of woe.

Just take corrections and go. Stop trying to be adamant...

Those were not free tickets. They were paid tickets! It's glaring!

200k isn't actually enough for a family.

Lol. It's either you're too privileged to know what is up or you're too naive to relate.

Well, about 90 percent of all classes of working class in Lagos earn less than 200k. How much do you think these private school teachers or average office workers earn. Not to talk of police men, level 8 to 10 civil servants, etc. Some of them are able to raise their children, acquire properties (low-cost maybe), etc.

I know a number of teachers who raise their families on a salary of less than 100k. Family of five, six, etc.

This isn't the best and prolly isn't your reality, but people live fairly well on 200k and less...

To be honest, no amount of money is enough in present day Nigeria when talking about salaries and wages. 1m monthly today will not be enough no matter how you manage it if agbado and cassava man enter power again because prices will quadruple and wages will be stagnant.

Don't overblow things.

How extravagant are you if you have to spread the tentacles of your pessimism this much?

People with families live just fine on 200k salaries (depending on what part of Lagos). 1m monthly is enough to feed some streets in this same Lagos.

Let's be moderate as much as possible when answering questions. That was overboard!

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Gen-z And Their Many Problems In The Work Place by damosky12(m): 3:43pm On Jan 23, 2023
They will learn.

A 90k job for an inexperienced graduate is actually a good deal for a regular office job. People rise through the ranks.

Top managers earning 500k upwards mostly started as graduate trainees. But they showed diligence, loved their jobs, and rose through the rank.

I blame social media for the poor mentality of our crops of graduates today. The fake lives and lies they see being brandished is taking its toll on them. No one would wake-up one day and just decide to pay a naive, fresh graduate 250k for sitting in an office doing next to little.

Take-up the 70k, 90k job and gather experience... In months, you'll be grateful you did. Don't be fooled by the phantom high earners on social media.

Those that will vote for APC and Tinubu are the poor masses under the counsel of their political masters, and you can never see them parading Twitter and Nairaland corridors.

Even hypothetically, Tinubu has major voices campaigning for him on Twitter and this Nairaland, it is just that the Igbos are most vociferous on the two platforms.

How you lots boldly speak against facts is baffling.

Every poll, narrative, etc. online is glaringly dominated by Obi. There's a reason why those you listen to made the argument in your first paragraph. That's because they saw the dominance of Obi online...

Also, it's not decent to single out a tribe so insultingly. There are several Igbos supporting Tinubu and there are several thousands of Yorubas who are actively for Obi. I'm not Igbo, for instance
This tribal tirades are silly!

That's btw sha. There is no leader of any exemplary nation in the western world that had their leaders reading from teleprompters to make campaign speech. Also, none of them ever delegated questions addressed specifically to them. None!

As per your reference to Obi delegating question, it's a lazy one from you. It was almost an informal scenario there where Obi was asked if education is a scam or not. It was a worldview question not relating to him or his campaign. So he said an educationist would best answer it.

1. undecided

2. Like I said, you can't make these things up as you go. The passage clearly states that God will cause these things to happen at a certain time in Jerusalem, not in your Nigeria. undecided
And this is to take place when Jerusalem becomes known as the Lord's throne. That hasn't happened, why? Because that will only happen during the time of the resurrection of the Israelites when God gathers His scattered Israel back to Jerusalem through Jesus Christ. And all of those who verse 15 speaks of are of the blood of Israel as explained in that passage to you... the special Priests whom God will make at that time to rule over the world with - Deuteronomy 30 vs 1 - 16 & Exodus 19 vs 6 & Revelations 5 vs 9 -11. So, when you quote these verses out of context all so you can provide support for the idols that are your mogs and pastors of today, you almost literally slap God in the face, and tag Him a liar for the sake of these men. undecided

Who is this?

Are you alright, Sir?

Very creative. A few people expressed their displeasure over the ordinary comedy, shows how deep into Jagabandism some people are

There's this thing called Stockholm Syndrome. I think a lot of Nigerians are experiencing it, half of the country or more if you ask me. Else, how do you explain how some Nigerians love and fight for their oppressors, even die for them.

People like Festus K, FFK and Reno get paid to do what they do, but for the millions of others fighting for their oppressors over nothing, it's perplexing, very puzzling to behold!

It's baffling bro. I have thought about it too. But I think many of these Nigerians just find some sense of purpose in this "we against them" brouhaha.

It goes in a similitude of this instance: "Mr. A is obidient. I don't like Mr. A. I like Mr. B. Mr. B is an Batist. Therefore, I am a Batist too. My job is to fight obidients." Hence, he picks up a daily internet and social activity against Obidients...

These Nigerians don't think about what is at stake. They aren't that smart! To them, it's all a game of "we against them." The politicians know this. It's why they desperately seek public figure enforcements here and there.
