It will pass after 48hrs, if he took more than 200mg and its his first time he needs alot of rest, its funny tho but it happened to me too the first time i took it and i was halucinating like hell

Oh well like i said it happened to me, so its just temporary, when it happened to me for like 1 and half day my d!ck shrank and wasnt standing... But now its perfectly okay. And stop using the drug too
