spiSeyi:Maybe the OP didn't let her invite the other dude to the burial. A more emotionally mature and available dude. That's her only regret. She wanted to dissuade OP from coming, so the other dude could come. But overzealous OP insisted. The lady missed out on both sides. The money OP sent is irrelevant. She probably received more money from other male friends. Women don't forgive such easily. |
kpankpangolo: ![]() 14 years in jail will be loading......... |
obojememe:The thing is, this skeleton makes more sense. It shows how the bones actually move, with the muscles, of course. However, anatomically, there is a convention on how a skeleton should appear in space. It allows each part to be described in relation to the body standing straight, using specific terms. If it's just secondary school biology, the dancing skeleton is fine, even creative. |
Godfrey858:The bolded is incorrect. Arteries generally carry blood from the heart to other parts of the body. The blood is oxygen-rich. However, the pulmonary vein carries blood with more oxygen from the lungs to the heart, the left upper heart chamber, in fact. An exception in the human body. Otherwise, veins return blood with reduced oxygen to the heart. And pump to the lungs to collect more oxygen. |
ogolemati:These KOK pics always crack me up. ![]() |
ernie1234:Abeg, nor use English burst that dude head o. How will he know what satire is? When they support one particular party like that, they don't need much intelligence. ![]() |
antimater:People just don't know that we're in soup in 9ja. As a kid is South South, we had printing press, candle factories, food processing plants, especially rice and palm oil, rubber latex processing for export, large farms, toilet paper factories, etc. SMEs owned by common individuals/families. They employed a lot of people. Mind you we were kpata kpata 60 million people at most then. 250 million now, and fewer factories. We saw how before our eyes, those famous companies at Ojo in Lagos closed one after the other. Most people disagreeing have never been to Morocco. They are doing well. Casa and Rabat today are like Spanish cities around 1995. Already very organised. These are what I can compare with from my memory. |
People should learn from the First Republic. Political shenanigans can cause massive crisis. |
NassBoy:So, the species is Simpae hominis? Chai! You be Yaba Left, nothing anybarry go tell me. ![]() |
WhiteIverson:What the OP, the "intentional dude," doesn't know is that doing the #2m per year thing does not mean she won't have another dude, if she's that type of girl. Life is not black and white. So the girl's parents did not have "capacity" to make her "feel like a human being" all these years. Until she met you. So, if she meets a man through her work that lives in Lekki Phase 1 and makes her a jet-setter nko? Will she stay loyal to you? ![]() OP is promoting the typical 9ja transactional relationship. We need a serious re-orientation. |
It means the storm is over. Peace has come. Reflect on whether you needed peace of mind or needed to make peace somehow. In all, it's peace. Shalom. |
Arostar2023:The system we run makes a mockery of education. It does not want or reward anyone with principles, values or integrity. Most times, it punishes people for those qualities. Therefore, sycophancy and loyalty to the warped system is key to survival. Hence no progress. |
Idaytesj29:Look, many of their parents are or were not any better. The day I heard some people carried belle like 75 or 80 years ago, some now late, I was shocked. And even worse stuff. Grandmothers we were respecting o. You rarely hear such history, unless some old papa trusts you to be discrete. Life don spoil tay tay. We missed the road long ago. It only just gets work in every new generation. |
Chachalogo:Nigeria and Nigerians are not ready for democracy. Tribalism, partisanship and religious bigotry are what have held us back. So, we deserve what we get. I only pity the innocent kids we bring into a world we are not ready to fix. They will eventually grow up to follow the same sordid path we have been on for decades. Anyway, judging by how the SAN title was treated when it came to late Gani Fawehimi, it's obvious it has nothing similar to KC/QC it replaced after independence. |
femi4:SA na featherweight. Senegal and Algeria could do better. SE were not serious to let SA win that group. |
Dbakre1:You mean Banana Banana should go "BECK" home. Those people go like Beck's beer well well. ![]() While they sip beer and umqombothi, foreigners dey make money. Then they want to shoot well-to-do foreigners like they shot Lucky Dube thinking he was a Nigerian. Or turn into emergency immigration officers. |
Mattswaggz: ![]() A leader got into a big position through criminality and expect him to fight crime? Haba! |
lawani:Atomic bomb is what 9ja is sitting on. Gunpowder can be wet and not effective. Life has no value in 9ja. Looters care only about their loot. |
lawani:. |
Kalulu44:That's a serious viperid. An Adder. The Chevron mark is the easiest way to know. So you don't mistake it for a young python. It has a large volume of venom in it's bite. Deadly. Clear any bushes around your house regularly. I never knew vipers were so common in 9ja back then. We saw more cobras and green snakes. Then pythons and other stranglers. |
Wotowotoman:Maybe CR7 is more than one person, as a GOAT in his view. ![]() |
Oracleee:On the other hand, he might not be their biological father. The man he calls their stepfather might have been the woman's lover all along. And fathered the kids. Maybe she waited for all her papers to be complete first. So, the woman just moved over to their real father when the time was ripe. For example, a woman already has a lover in Europe. Another man brings her from 9ja. The lover who didn't want to/couldn't bring her from 9ja continues with her, unknown to her "husband." We have seen it all before. |
Oracleee:The guy should not have done this because the children might be innocent. In the UK, some of our women brainwash their kids against their biological father. Some of the women can be very wicked. After using the man to raise the kids, they kick him out. No need to curse. Because the natural karma will rear its head at the right time. |
Very useful thread. Thanks. |
chatinent:Nice. |
Orinechi:Ok o. When I say so, some say I am old fashioned. All the violence we see now reflect our societal state in general. Many people are wicked, jealous, hateful, and plain evil. And they are among us: friends, relatives, neighbours, some respected in religious and social circles. I believe we need a police state that monitors everyone. All activities should be monitored. It may seem draconian but I believe people have too much freedom to kill, kidnap and do all sorts. When the society has been sanitised, we can renegotiate freedom. |
tuoyoojo:It's the society. A man is expected to be strong. And put his family first. He may want to save money for children's school fees and not use it to go to hospital. Men need to realise that they are at risk, naturally and from all the stress to earn and provide early on. Boys start to provide for a girlfriend already early in life. Look after yourself. |
Rapmoney:Dem nor go hear. Even one young Speaker of the House sent his woman to study Medicine in Ghana abi na Benin Republic. Later, the marriage nor work. E be like say na corruption the guy take leave office las las. He dashed the hopes of many young Nigerians, who saw him as a new breed of politicians to take Nigeria forward. Nor tell me say e no use some of his looted money to squander on the lady's medical training. |
nairalanda1:Human beings never learn. Andy Burnham will also be chased out in due course. Labour was in the doldrums for good 14 years. And they finally won massively under Sir Keir's leadership. Yes, he might be a bit dour like a bank manager or headmaster from the 1970s, but Labour needed steady hands. He did it. Why didn't Burnham leave his cosy Greater Manchester job to lead from the opposition trenches in all those Labour locust years? It's not like Burnham is even that charismatic at a world stage level. |

hush15:Wills and Testaments are successfully challenged everyday at the State High Court, where there are legal grounds/evidence/court marriage, etc. And Customary and Sharia courts if marriage were done under these systems. In the court of law, reasons abound why the judge may hold the view that the Will is void: If the Will maker/testator was under duress. Was too ill, like having dementia, to know what he was signing. Will incorrectly written or not signed correctly. Will not correctly witnessed. And several others. Even the execution of a Will has a legal guideline. If the will is wrongly executed, it can put the Will itself in jeopardy. Even legal experts sometimes get it wrong when they write their own wills. Best is to ensure the will is not contested later. By following all the rules or settling beneficiaries before one dies. When contested, it can take years to sort and anything can happen. People can obtain interlocutory injunctions fairly easily these days in our kind of judicial system. So, some wills cannot be settled in court or executed for decades, with several potential beneficiaries dying already. |
Antichristus:All join. Anyway to end banditry and kidnapping is welcome. |
. The same babe who dump you bcs of this will gladly throw herself to a richer guy who disrespects her parents.
that banny don get better guy than you . She was only looking for a flimsy excuse to dump you
